Özet

Tezin amacı; Türkiye'de 1980 sonrası Dönemde istikrar açısından Maliye ve Para Politikaları ilişkisinde uyum sorunlarını incelemektir. Birinci bölümde teoride maliye ve para politikaları tartışmaları ele alınacaktır. İkinci bölümde, Türkiye'de 1980 öncesi dönemde İstikrar amacına yönelik Maliye ve Para Politikaları incelenecektir. Üçüncü bölümde, Türkiye'de 1980-1998 döneminde istikrar amacına yönelik Maliye ve Para Politikaları incelenecektir. Dördüncü bölümde, Türkiye'de 1980 sonrası dönemde Maliye ve Para Politikalarının uygulanma sonuçları ve uyum sorunları maliye politikası araçları ve bazı para politikası araçları ve göstergeleriyle değerlendirilecektir.

The aim of the thesis is to examine the harmony problems in the fiscal and monetary policies' relation from the point of view of the stability in the period after 1980 in Turkey. In the first part, it will be examined the fiscal and the monetary arguments in the theory. In the second part, it will be examined the fiscal and the monetary policies turned to the aim of the stability in the period before 1980 in Turkey. In the third part, it will be examined the fiscal and the monetary police turned to the aim of the stability in the 1980-1998 period in Turkey. In the fourth part, it will be examined the practice results and the harmony problems by means of the fiscal folic tools and some monetary policy tools and the indicators in the period after 1980 in Turkey.
