Özet
Nesh meselesi İslâm'ın ilk asırlarından itibaren tartışılmış, fıkıh usûlü eserlerinde ise çoğunlukla imkânı, şartları ve kısımları üzerinde durulmuştur. Usûlcüler genellikle nesh türlerini; Hükmen Nesh, Tilâveten Nesh ve Hükmen ve Tilâveten Nesh şeklinde tasnif etmiş, zamanla en-Nâsih ve'l-mensûh literatürü teşekkül etmiştir. Tilâveti sabit olup hükmü kaldırılan âyetler üzerinde yoğunlaşılırken, tilâveti neshedilenler çoğu kez insâ (unutturulan âyetler) kapsamında değerlendirilmiştir. Bu çalışmada söz konusu rivâyetlerin, tefsir ve usûl kaynaklarındaki yansımaları, mezheplerin farklı yaklaşımları ve rivâyetlerin hadis literatüründeki değeri üzerinden ele alınarak tarihsel süreçte nasıl yorumlandıkları ortaya konulacaktır.

The issue of naskh has been debated since the earliest centuries of Islam, and discussions in the works of uṣūl al-fiqh have primarily focused on its possibility, conditions, and categories. Scholars of uṣūl generally classified the types of naskh into three:“abrogation of ruling,”“abrogation of recitation,”and“abrogation of both ruling and recitation,”and in time a distinct body of literature under the title al-Nāsikh wa'l-Mansūkh emerged. While much attention was given to verses whose recitation remained but whose rulings were abrogated, those whose recitation was abrogated were mostly evaluated within the scope of“insâ (forgotten verses).”This study examines such verses with respect to their treatment and interpretation in tafsīr sources, the different approaches of the schools of law within the framework of the concept of insā, and the status of related reports in the ḥadīth literature, ultimately presenting how these reports on forgotten verses have been interpreted throughout history.
