Özet
İhracat, ekonomik büyüme, döviz girdisi sağlama ve sanayi üretimini teşvik etme gibi unsurlar nedeniyle Türkiye ekonomisi ve işletmeler açısından kritik bir öneme sahiptir. Diğer yandan işletmelerin uluslararası pazarlarda başarılı olabilmesi, finansal yapılarına, rekabet güçlerine ve makroekonomik koşullara bağlıdır. Literatürde ihracat performansının ölçümünde farklı yöntemler bulunmakta olup, bu yöntemler genellikle finansal göstergeler, üretim kapasitesi ve piyasa erişimi gibi faktörlere dayanmaktadır. Bu çalışma, Türkiye'de ihracat yapan yerli ve yabancı sermayeli işletmelerin ihracat performanslarını etkileyen işletmeye özgü finansal faktörler ile makroekonomik değişkenleri belirlemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Yabancı sermayeli işletmelerin küresel pazarlara erişim, finansal güç ve teknoloji avantajları nedeniyle daha yüksek ihracat performansına sahip olduğu görülmektedir. Buna karşın, yerli işletmeler esneklikleri, yerel piyasa bilgileri ve devlet desteklerinden yararlanarak rekabetçi bir ihracat stratejisi izleyebilmektedir. Çalışmada, 2004-2024 yılları arasında Borsa İstanbul'un imalat sektöründe. Yabancı sermaye oranları üzerinden gruplara ayrılacak işletmelerin ihracat performansları, işletmeye özgü finansal göstergeler (Likidite, Kaldıraç, Faaliyet ve Karlılık Oranları) ve makroekonomik faktörler (Enflasyon oranı ve Döviz kuru) üzerinden geliştirilecek modelle analiz edilecektir. Çalışmada Panel veri analizi yöntemi kullanılarak hem zaman içindeki değişimler hem de yerli ve yabancı sermayeli işletmeler arasındaki farklılıklar değerlendirilecektir. Çalışma dört bölümden oluşmaktadır. İlk bölümde, ihracat performansının kavramsal ve teorik çerçevesi ele alınacaktır. İkinci bölümde, işletmelerin sahiplik yapısı ve yabancı sermaye oranlarının ihracat performansı üzerindeki etkileri tartışılacaktır. Üçüncü bölümde, araştırmanın veri seti, değişkenleri ve yöntemi detaylandırılacak ve panel veri analizi ile elde edilen bulgular sunulacaktır. Son bölümde ise analiz sonuçları değerlendirilerek, işletmeler ve politika yapıcılar için çıkarımlar yapılacak ve öneriler geliştirilecektir. İhracat performansının işletmelerin kârlılığı, rekabet gücü ve sürdürülebilirliği açısından önemli bir belirleyici olduğu göz önüne alındığında, bu faktörlerin analiz edilmesi firmalar ve politika yapıcılar için yol gösterici olacaktır. Elde edilen bulguların, ihracatı artırmaya yönelik yöntemler geliştirilmesine katkı sağlaması beklenmektedir.

Export has a critical education in terms of the Turkish economy and economy due to factors such as economic growth, providing foreign exchange inflow and encouraging industrial production. On the other hand, successful growth in international markets depends on financial structures, competitiveness and macroeconomic flexibility. Whether there are different flashes in export outlooks in the literature, these developments are generally based on factors such as financial indicators, production capacity and market access. This study aims to determine the export performances of domestic and foreign capital exporting in Turkey with financial variables specific to the enterprise and macroeconomic variables. It is seen that foreign capital companies have higher export performance due to their access to global markets, financial power and technology. In contrast, domestic enterprises follow an export strategy by benefiting from their flexibility, local market information and state support. In the study, Borsa Istanbul operates in the manufacturing sector between 2004-2024. The export performances to be separated by foreign capital amounts groups, the company-specific financial indicators (Liquidity, Leverage, Activity and Profitability Ratios) and macroeconomic factors (Inflation rate and Exchange rate) will be analyzed with the model to be developed. In the Study Panel, both the changes in time and the differences between domestic and foreign capital relations will be evaluated with the data analysis method. The study consists of four sections. In the first section, the theoretical and theoretical frameworks of marketing can be discussed. In the second section, the effects of the ownership structure of the unions and foreign capital rates on export performance will be discussed. In the third section, the programming data set, variables and methods will be detailed and the explanations obtained with the panel data analysis will be presented. In the last section, the analysis results will be evaluated, inferences will be made for policies and policies and suggestions will be developed. Considering that an important compilation has been made in terms of the profitability, competitiveness and sustainability of exports, the companies and policies that analyze these markets will be guiding for investments. It contributes to the contribution of the income obtained to the increase of efficiency.
