Özet
Tezin giriş kısımda mahkemeye erişim hakkı ve anayasal mahkemesi bireysel başvuru usulünde süre aşımı hakkında bilgi verilecektir. Tezin iki ana hedefi bulunmaktadır. Bunlardan ilki anayasa mahkemesinin her bir konu özelinde süre aşımı kuralını nasıl uyguladığını ortaya koymaktır . Akabinde AYM bu her bir durum özelindeki bakış açısı, mahkeme erişim hakkı bakımından hem doktrinsel görüşler, AYM kararları ve AHIM kararları ışığında değerlendirilecektir .

In the introductory section of the thesis, information will be provided on the right of access to a court and on time-limit violations in the individual application procedure before the Constitutional Court. The thesis has two main objectives. The first is to reveal how the Constitutional Court applies the rule on time limits in each specific context. Subsequently, the Constitutional Court's approach in each of these situations will be evaluated in light of doctrinal opinions, the Court's own decisions, and the case law of the European Court of Human Rights, particularly with regard to the right of access to a court.
