Özet
Tezin ana konusu, dönüşen dünyayla birlikte ortaya çıkan ve yeni bir suç türü olan bilişim suçlarının toplumsal normlar üzerinde ne gibi etkileri olduğunu incelemektir. Teknolojik gelişmelerin getirmiş olduğu yeni bir dijital çağa girilmesi sonucunda suç kavramı bu yeni çağ içerisinde değişip dönüşürken normlara da etki etmiştir. Kişilerin siber suç mağduru olduktan veya bu tip olaylara şahit olduktan sonra bilişim suçları sebebiyle bu normlara nasıl baktığı, tezin ana problemidir. Bu tezdeki amaç, bilişim suçlarının toplumsal normlar üzerindeki etkilerini belirlemek ve bu etkilere yönelik çözüm önerileri sunmaktır. Bu dönemde hızla artan bilişim suçları; bireylerin sosyal yaşantısı, mahremiyet algısı, güvenlik beklentileri ve dijital ortamlara duyulan güven üzerinde belirgin etkiler yaratmaktadır. Bu etkilerin belirlenmesi, toplumun bilişim suçlarına karşı tutumunu anlamak ve bireylerin siber ortamda karşılaştıkları sorunlara ve tehditlere karşı tepkilerini analiz etmek açısından büyük önem taşımaktadır. Literatüre bakıldığı zaman bilişim suçlarının genel olarak hukuk ve ceza boyutuna rastlanmaktadır. Bilişim suçlarını sosyolojik bakış açısıyla ele alan birkaç tez olsa da toplumsal normlar üzerinde etkisi araştırılan bir alan olmadığından özgün bir konudur. Tezde bulunan veriler derinlemesine görüşme ile elde edilmiş olup fenomenolojik analiz ve söylem analizi kullanılarak değerlendirilmiştir. Tez için toplamda 15 katılımcı ve 5 uzman ile görüşülmüştür. Katılımcı görüşmelerinden bulgular kısmında, uzman görüşmelerinden ise öneriler kısmında yararlanılmıştır.

The main subject of the thesis is to examine the effects of cybercrimes, which have emerged as a new type of crime along with the transforming world, on social norms. As a result of entering a new digital age brought by technological developments, the concept of crime has changed and transformed within this new era, also affecting norms. How individuals view these norms due to cybercrimes after becoming victims of cybercrime or witnessing such events constitutes the main problem of the thesis. The aim of this thesis is to determine the effects of cybercrimes on social norms and to offer solution proposals for these effects. Cybercrimes, which have increased rapidly in this period, create significant effects on individuals' social lives, perception of privacy, security expectations, and trust in digital environments. Determining these effects is of great importance in terms of understanding the society's attitude toward cybercrimes and analyzing individuals' reactions to the problems and threats they encounter in the cyber environment. When the literature is reviewed, cybercrimes are generally encountered in their legal and criminal dimensions. Although there are a few theses that address cybercrimes from a sociological perspective, it is an original topic since it is not an area where the impact on social norms has been researched. The data in the thesis were obtained through in-depth interviews and evaluated using phenomenological analysis and discourse analysis. A total of 15 participants and 5 experts were interviewed for the thesis. Participant interviews were utilized in the findings section, while expert interviews were utilized in the recommendations section.
