Özet
11 ÖZET Bu çalışma ile H.( 1263-1264 ) M.( 1847-1848 ) yıllan arasını ihtiva eden 578 Numaralı Karahisâr-ı Sâhib Şer'iyye Sicili incelenmiştir. Bu defter Karahisâr-ı Sâhib Sancağına ait olmakla birlikte, Osmanlı Devletini genel olarak ilgilendiren para-fiyat, alım-sattm, vergi, vakıflar v.s. gibi belgelerin bulunması sebebiyle ayrıca önem taşımaktadır. 578 No'lu Şer'iyye Sicili Osmanlıca metninin günümüz Türkçesine çevrilmesinde metne sadık kalınmış, kelimeler değiştirilmeksizin cümle kuruluşlanda aynı şekilde verilmiştir. Ana metin basit transkribe tekniği ile okunmuştur. Farsça, Arapça ve Türkçe sıfat ve tamlamalar bu dillerin gramer kurallarına göre yazılmıştır. Osmanlıca metinde geçen, ayın harfi : (') işareti, hemze(elif) harfi : ( ' ) işareti, uzun a: â harfi, uzun i : î harfi, uzun u : û harfi ile gösterilmiştir. Defterde bulunan 206 belgenin transkribesi yapılarak değerlendirilmiştir. Buna göre tez, giriş ve sonuç bölümü hariç üç ana bölümden oluşmuştur. Giriş bölümünde: Karahisâr-ı Sâhib'in, fiziki ve coğrafi yapısıyla birlikte siyasi tarihi değerlendirilmiş ve şer'iyye sicilleri hakkında genel bilgiler verilmiştir. I.Bölümde : 578 numaralı şer'iyye sicili defterinin tanıtımı yapılmış ve defterde bulunan belge çeşitlerinin tesbiti yapılarak örneklerle açıklanmıştır. n. Bölümde : 578 numaralı defterden Karahisâr-ı Sâhib'in idarî, fizikî, iktisadî ve sosyal yapısı ile ilgili belgeler tasnif edilmiştir. Buna göre, idarî ve fizîkî yapı bölümünde ; 578 numaralı şer'iyye sicili defterine göre, Karahisâr-ı Sâhib'in idarî sisteminde bulunan görevliler ve müderrisler, kaza, nahiye, köy, mevki, cadde, sokak adlan, han, hamam, çeşme, cami, medrese gibi tarihi eserler ve vakıflar tesbit edilip, değerlendirilmiştir. İktisâdı yapı bölümünde ; meslek gruplan, vergi çeşitleri ile hayvan, tahıl ürünleri, eşyalar ve ziynet eşyalanndaki fiyat hareketleri tesbit edilip, değerlendirilmiştir. Sosyal yapı bölümünde ise ; nüfus, nikâh, boşanma, nafaka, vesayet, vekâlet, veraset, kitaplar ilgili belgelerden tesbit edilerek değerlendirilmiştir. IH. Bölümde : Defterde bulunan belgelerin tamamının özetleri yapılmış ve tarihleriyle birlikte verilmiştir. Basit transkribe tekniği ile yapılan, metin transkripsiyonu da aslına sadık kalınarak, bu bölümde verilmiştir.Ill Sonuç Bölümünde de : Çalışmanın tamamından ortaya çıkarılan sonuçlar tesbit edilmiştir. Gerek bu değerlendirmeler ve gerekse diğer kaynaklardan faydalanılarak Afyon hakkında, 578 numaralı şer'iyye sicili defterinin kayıtlarının tutulduğu tarihle ilgili araştırmalarda, başvurulacak bir kaynak vücuda getitirilmeye çalışılmıştır.

IV SUMMARY In this work, Karahisâr-ı Sâhib Şer'iyye Sicili Numbered 578 pertaining to the period between H.(1263-1264) and M.(1847-1848) was studied. This register, which belongs to the Sanjak of Karahisâr-ı Sâhib, carries great importance as it includes many documents on the Ottoman Empire concerning general issues such as money-price, buying and selling, tax, foundations, etc. While translating the text of the Şer'iyye Sicili in the Ottoman language into Turkish, the content of the orijinal text, words and sentence structures were not changed. The main text was read whit the simple transcription method. Adjektives and compound words were written within the grammar rules of Persian, Arabic and Turkish languages. The letters“ayın”,“hemze”,“long a”,“long i”, and“long u”in the Ottoman text were shown as ('), ('), (â), (î), (û) respectively. 206 documents takings place in the register were transcribed. Thesis consists of three main parts except introduction and conclusion. In the introduction part physical and political history of Karahisâr-ı Sâhib were appraised and general information on şer'iyye sicilleri were given. In the Jst part: the şer'iyye sicili numbered 578 was introduced and document types being in the rejister were explained with examples. In the End part: the documents relating to the administrative, physical, economic and social structure of Karahisâr-ı Sâhib were classified. According to this, in the part concerning the administrative and physical structure, officials and professors, names of districts, sub-districts, villages, streets and roads, historical monuments and foundations such as inns, bathhouses, fountains, mosgues and medresses were identified and appraised. In the part relating to the economic structure, profesion groups, tax types and animals, prices on cereals, goods and ornament goods were determined and appraised. In the social structure part, matters like population, marriages, divorces, subsistence, guardianship, procuration, inheritance, books were evaluated. In the IDrd part: summaries of the documents were given with their dates. The transcription of the text, with its original content was given.In the Conclusion part: Final remarks about the complete work were given. By making use of these evaluations and also the other sources, a reference work concerning Afyon for the researches on the period of the register numbered 578 was tried to be prepared.
