Özet

ÖZET Bu araştırma ilköğretim okulları I. kademe Sosyal Bilgiler ders programındaki“Atatürkçülük ile İlgili Konular”in Eylül 1999 tarih ve 2504 sayılı Tebliğler Dergisi'ne göre hedeflere ulaşma derecelerinin incelenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini Niğde ili merkez ilköğretim okulları arasından seçilen beş ilköğretim Okulundaki görevli öğretmenler ve öğrencileri oluşturmaktadır. Örnekleme random ( şans) yoluyla seçilen bu beş İlköğretim Okulundaki 12 öğretmen ve 310 öğrenci dahildir. Araştırma betimsel niteliktedir. Öğretmen tanıma formu (EK:2), öğrenci tanıma formu (EK:3) ve“Atatürkçülük ile ilgili Konular”başarı testi formu (EK:4) araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilerek, veriler bu anket formları ile elde edilmiştir. Verilerin analizinde frekans, yüzde, aritmetik ortalama, standart sapma, varyans analizi ve t testi hesaplamaları bilgi toplama araçlarında yer alan her bir madde incelenerek elde edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda; ilköğretim okulları I. kademe Sosyal Bilgiler ders programındaki“Atatürkçülük İle ilgili Konular”m hedeflerinin, öğrencilerde istenilen düzeyde davranışa dönüştürülemediği gözlenmiştir. Buna sebep olarak; bu tür konular için uygun metot ve teknik kullanılmayışı, araç gereç yetersizliği, sınıfların kalabalık oluşu, öğrencilerin kendileri için doğru olan ders dışı çalışma biçimini belirleyememeleri ve benzeri nedenlerden istenilen başarının elde edilemediği belirlenmiştir.

SUMMARY This research has been prepared in order to investigate the degrees to which targets of“Subjects concerning The Principals of Atatürk”reached in primary schools 1st grade Social Studies curriculum according to the Bulletin Review numbered 2504 and dated September 1999. Contents of this study were the teachers in charge and the students of five primary schools chosen from central schools in Niğde. 12 teachers and 310 students chosen from these five primary schools, which were determined randomly, were the sample. This research is in descriptive characteristic. All the data has been obtained by the teacher identification form (append ix:2), student identification form (appendix:3) and“Subjects concerning The Principals of Atatürk”success test (appendix:4) which were improved by the researcher. Frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, variance analysis and test calculations in analizing the data were obtained by examining each item existing in the data collection measures. The result of this research shows that the targets of“Subjects concerning the Principals of Atatürk”in primary school 1st grade Social Studies curriculum can not be transformed into required level of behaviours on students. It is determined that; for the reason of inappropriate usage of methods and techniques for these subjects, insufficient tools and materials, crowded classes, students which are unable to designate the right method while studying out of school and for various similar reasons, the desired achievement can not be performed. 11
