Özet (Çeviri)

SUMMARY The objective of the present study- was to develop computer programs for civil engineering static calculations and to inter face these programs with AUTOCAD computer- aided design package. The study is part of the Computer- Aided Building Design System under develop ment at Ege University within the Computer- Aided Design Research Project. The Computer- Aided Building Design System tries to enhan ce the productivity of the architect, the ci vil engineer and the builder. The system is composed of three modules : Architect + Static Calculations, Expert Critiques and Cost Esti mation. These thesis includes programs for static calculations with the exception of fo undation calculations.The data needed for the calculations can be obtained from AUTOCAD files. The results of the calculations are us ed create files in the drawing interchange format. The drawing program allows the engi-neer to draw column application plans, slab plans and dimensions automatically. The other modules of the Computer- Aided Building Design System are described by D. Orhun, 1990 ; Z.Inel,1990 ; and G. Orhun, 1990.
