Özet
Bu çalışmada, Arap belâgatının önemli kavramlarından biri olan tehallus sanatı, Hz. Mûsâ ile ilgili âyetler özelinde Kur'ân-ı Kerîm bağlamında incelenmiştir. Çalışma giriş, iki bölüm ve sonuç kısmından oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde araştırmanın konusu, amacı, önemi, yöntemi ve kaynakları ele alınmıştır. Ayrıca tehallus kavramına dair yapılan çalışmalar değerlendirilerek araştırmanın kapsamı hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Birinci bölümde tehallus kavramının sözlük ve terim anlamları, tarihî gelişimi ve belâgat ilmindeki yeri incelenmiştir. Ardından tehallusun benzer belâgat terimleriyle ilişkisi ele alınmış; aralarındaki benzerlik ve farklılıklar değerlendirilmiştir. Ayrıca tehallusun edebî değeri ile Arap, Fars ve Türk edebiyatlarındaki yansımaları üzerinde durulmuş, Kur'ân-ı Kerîm'de tehallusun varlığına dair ileri sürülen görüşler ve bu görüşler etrafında şekillenen tartışmalar incelenmiştir. İkinci bölümde Hz. Mûsâ ile ilgili âyetler, tehallus sanatı açısından tahlil edilmiştir. Bu kapsamda sûreler içerisinde yer alan konu geçişleri incelenmiş; bu geçişlerin hangi anlatım unsurlarıyla gerçekleştirildiği ve âyetlerin anlam bütünlüğüne sağladığı katkılar değerlendirilmiştir. Ayrıca geçişlerin gerçekleşme biçimleri ve tehallusun farklı türleri dikkate alınarak örnekler belâgat açısından tahlil edilmiştir. Sonuç bölümünde ise araştırma neticesinde elde edilen bulgular değerlendirilmiş ve Hz. Mûsâ ile ilgili âyetlerde tehallusun Kur'ân üslubundaki yeri ile anlatım bütünlüğüne sağladığı katkı genel hatlarıyla ele alınmıştır.

This study examines the rhetorical device of takhalluṣ, one of the important concepts of Arabic rhetoric, within the context of the Qur'an through the verses concerning Prophet Moses (Mūsā). The thesis consists of an introduction, two chapters, and a conclusion. The introduction presents the subject, purpose, significance, methodology, and sources of the study. It also reviews the existing literature on the concept of takhalluṣ and provides information about the scope of the research. The first chapter examines the lexical and terminological meanings of takhalluṣ, its historical development, and its place in the science of Arabic rhetoric (balāgha). It further discusses the relationship between takhalluṣ and other related rhetorical concepts, evaluating their similarities and differences. In addition, the literary value of takhalluṣ and its reflections in Arabic, Persian, and Turkish literature are discussed. Finally, the chapter examines the views concerning the existence of takhalluṣ in the Qur'an and the scholarly discussions surrounding these views. The second chapter analyzes the Qur'anic verses concerning Prophet Moses from the perspective of takhalluṣ. In this context, the thematic transitions within the relevant sūrahs are examined, and the rhetorical devices through which these transitions are achieved, together with their contribution to the coherence and unity of meaning, are evaluated. Furthermore, the examples are analyzed rhetorically by taking into consideration the forms of these transitions and the different types of takhalluṣ. The conclusion evaluates the findings obtained from the study and discusses the place of takhalluṣ in the Qur'anic style as well as its contribution to the coherence and unity of discourse in the verses concerning Prophet Moses.
