Özet
Aile insanlığın sosyal, kültürel, dinsel ve diğer önemli unsurlarının gelecek nesillere meşru olarak aktarımını sağlayan en önemli kurumlardan biridir. Ailenin en önemli özelliklerinden birisi, hiç şüphesiz neslin devamını güvenli, meşru ve huzurlu bir şekilde geleceğe aktarmasıdır. Bu müesseseye gerekli değerin verilmediği toplumlarda, sağlıklı nesiller yetiştirmek pek mümkün değildir. Aile kurumunun değer görmediği toplumlarda nüfus hızla yaşlanmaktadır. Fıtrî ihtiyaçlarını gayrı meşru yollarla gideren bireyler, çocuk yapmak ve çocuk büyütmek gibi sorumlulukları üstlenmemektedirler. Bu durum da toplumun devamını sağlayacak olan neslin üremesini engellemektedir. Bu nedenle birçok ülke aile kurumunu değerli kılmak için çeşitli politikalar üreterek vatandaşlarına aileye kurmaya, nüfusu artırmaya yönelik teşvikler sunmaktadır. Bu politikalar ve teşvikler kapsamında ülkemizde de 2025 yılı“Aile Yılı”olarak ilan edilmiştir. Bu bağlamda ailelere sosyal ekonomik hayata dair bazı teşvikler sunulmuştur. Bu çalışmanın amacı, Yüce Allah'ın (c. c.) tüm insanlara gönderdiği son ilahi kitabı Kur'ân'ın, aile ile ilgili temel ilkeleri olan rahmet, meveddet, sabır, adâlet, ahlâk, diğerkâmlık, iffet erdemlerinin aile müessesesine olan olumlu etkilerini açıklamaktır. Bu çerçevede birinci bölümde aile kurumu ile ilgili genel bilgilere ve Kur'ân'da aile ile ilgili temel ilkelere değinilmiştir. Tezin ikinci bölümünde ise Kur'ân'ın temel ilkeleri çerçevesinde kurulan ailenin, anne-baba, karı-koca, çocuklar, kardeşler, süt kardeşler, evlâtlıklar ve yetimler üzerinde bu temel ilkelerin işlevine dikkat çekmiştir. Aile bireylerine sevgi, saygı, adalet, merhamet, hoşgörü, diğerkâm olmak gibi ilahi erdemler ekseninde yüklenilen sorumlulukların önemi vurgulanmıştır. Araştırmanın sonucuna göre, Kur'ân'ın aile ile ilgili bu erdemleri, aile bireylerinin bireysel, sosyal ve aile içi hayatını yönlendire ilâhî ilkelerdir. Günümüzde bireyselleşme insan sağlığı açısından biyolojik ve psikolojik sorunlara sebep olmaktadır. Aile eşler, çocuklar ve diğer aile fertleri vasıtasıyla aile içi bireylerin maddî ve manevî destek içinde olmalarını sağlar. Tüm bunların yanında Kur'ân'ın temel ilkeleri doğrultusunda kurulmuş bir aile, kişiyi sapık cinsel yönelimlerden, toplumu da ahlaki çöküntüden koruyan önemli bir kurum olarak kendini göstermektedir. Bu temel ilkeler ahlâklı birey, ahlâklı aile, ahlâklı toplum yetiştirmek için önem arz etmektedir.

The family is one of the most fundamental institutions that enables the legitimate transmission of humanity's social, cultural, religious, and other significant values to future generations. One of the most essential characteristics of the family is, without doubt, its role in ensuring the continuation of generations in a safe, legitimate, and peaceful manner. In societies where the family institution is not given the value it deserves, raising healthy generations becomes exceedingly difficult. In such societies, the population tends to age rapidly. Individuals who meet their sexual needs through illegitimate means without establishing a family and who engage in short-term relationships generally avoid taking on responsibilities such as having and raising children. This situation, in turn, hampers the reproduction of new generations necessary for societal continuity. For this reason, many countries implement various policies to emphasize the value of the family institution and offer incentives that encourage family formation and population growth. In this context, the year 2025 has been declared the“Year of the Family”in our country, and several social and economic incentives have been introduced for families. The purpose of this master's thesis is to examine the positive influence of the Qur'an's core principles related to family—namely mercy (rahmah), affection (mawaddah), patience (sabr), justice (ʿadālah), morality (akhlāq), altruism (īthār), and chastity (ʿiffah)—on the institution of family, as presented in the final divine book sent by Almighty Allah (swt) to all humanity. In this context, the first chapter offers general information about the family institution and discusses the fundamental family-related principles found in the Qur'an. The second chapter highlights how these principles function within families formed according to the Qur'anic framework, emphasizing their relevance to parents, spouses, children, siblings, foster siblings, adopted children, and orphans. The importance of the responsibilities placed upon family members based on divine virtues—such as love, respect, justice, compassion, tolerance, and altruism—is also underscored. According to the findings of the research, the Qur'an's family-oriented virtues are divine principles that guide the personal, social, and domestic lives of individuals. In today's world, the rise of individualism contributes to biological and psychological problems in human health. The family institution enables material and spiritual support among its members—spouses, children, and other relatives. Furthermore, a family established upon the Qur'an's core principles stands out as a vital institution protecting individuals from deviant sexual tendencies and society from moral collapse. These principles are essential for cultivating moral individuals, moral families, and ultimately, a moral society.
