Özet
KİMYA ÖĞRENMEDE ÖĞRENCİLERİN KARŞILAŞTIĞI GÜÇLÜKLER Muhammet Ersan Hacettepe Üniversitesi, Eğitim Fakültesi, Ortaöğretim Fen ve Matematik Alanlar Anabİlim Dalı ÖZ Fen Bilimleri doğal çevreyi incelemeye yönelik bir süreç ve bu sürecin ürünü olan organize bilgilerden kurulu bilgiler bütünüdür. Bilgi çağının yaşandığı günümüzde eğitim sistemimizde temel amaç, öğrencilerimize mevcut bilgileri aktarmaktan çok bilgiye ulaşma becerilerini kazandırmaktır. Ortaöğretim kimya ders programlarında da amaç aynı şekilde öğrenciye ezberden çok, kavrayarak öğrenme, karşılaşılan yeni durumlarla ilgili problemleri çözebilme ve bilimsel yöntem ve süreci ile ilgili becerileri kazandırmaktır. Ancak ortaöğretim kimya öğretiminde birtakım karmaşalar ve eksiklikler yaşanmakta, bu ise öğrencinin öğrenimini engellemekte, dolayısıyla kimya eğitiminde güçlükler meydana getirmektedir. Sözü edilen güçlüklerin neler olduğunu saptamak amacıyla, öğretmen ve öğrencilere kapalı uçlu anket sorulan yöneltilmiş, sonuçlar istatistiksel yöntemler kullanılarak değerlendirilmiş, öğretmen ve öğrenci algılamalarına göre yaşanan sıkıntıların neler olduğu ortaya çıkarılmaya çalışılmış, çözüm yolları önerilmiştir.

STUDENT PROPLEMS IN CHEMISTRY LEARNING Muhammet Ersan Hacettepe Üniversitesi, Eğitim Fakültesi, Ortaöğretim Fen ve Matematik Alanlar Anabilim Dalı ABSTRACT Science of Art is a process towards examining the natural environment and is a composition of information that is composed of organized data which is result of this process. Today, which is an era of information, primary objective of aur educational system is to render students able to access data, rather than offering available information to them. The purpose of Secondary school education of Chemistry is also provide them the ability to comprehend, to solve the problems concerning new situations we are faced, and to grant students the capabilities with regard to the scientific methods and process, rather than encouraging them to memorize. Nevertheless, same defects and confusions are being experienced in the Seconday school chemistry and that hampers educating students and accordingly brings about difficulties in the education of chemistry. To determine the difficulties in question and the courage of them,“yes or no”questions of a survey were asked to the students and to the teachers, results are being evaluated using some statistical methods. According to the perceptions of students and teachers, the problems are being fried to define and some solutions are being offered.
