53 SUMMARY In this study, the forming of the remedy prices and the reasons of incrisimp of these prices have been investigated in Turkey. There were 114 remedy factories in this study period. 106 of them are domestic and the others are foreign originated. s t Remedy prices are determined with the Desicion dated 1 Jan 1985 and the Circulation of the Minister of Health dated 16 Jan 1985. According to these Regulations the remedy Prices are under controll of the State. We determined that the remedy prices increased approxiroetaly 97.91 % annualy and 293.73 % in recent three years. In this study, the methods used to determine the prices of remedies are also investigated in soma European countries. We have also study on the foctors of the remedy prices, we obtained some results and the this have been diseased. As a result of this study, the necessity of building up a new system is ofterd for determining of remedy prices in Turkey.
