-21- 0 Z E T 1989-1990-1991 yılların da İstanbul üniversitesi.İstanbul Tıp Fakültesi.Anatomi Bilim Dalı'nda, disseksiyon' a çıkarılmış 34 ambo laj yapılmış kadavranın,sağ ve sol üst extremite' lerinds.nervus radialis'in dirsek ön bölgesinde gidişi incelendi. Nervus radialis'in % 32,35 vaka'da, eklem aralığının tam üzerinde, % 58,82 ilede eklem aralığının 0-20 mm proximal ' inde uç dalla rına ayrıldığı bulundu. Ortalama olarak 32,26 mm proximal 'de ayrılıyor. Bu bölümde incelenen ramus profundus uç dalı, en kısa 9 mm, en uzun 81 mm yol alarak Frohse arkadına girdiği görüldü. Ortalama olarak, ramus profundus,48,43 mm yol katediyordu. Sadecebir vakada, Frohse arkadı, fibröz bir karakterde olduğu görüldü. Anomali olarak, sadece bir vakada.ramus superficialis esas sinir kökünden, iki kök olarak başlıyordu.

-22- SUMMARY THE MORPHOLOGICAL OBSERVATION OF THE ENDBRANCHING OF THE RADIAL NERVE IN THE ANTE CUBITAL REGION. During the years 1989 - 1991, at the Department of Anatomy, Istanbul Faculty of Medicine, University of Istanbul, the route of radial nerve was observed in the antecubital region, in both upper extremities, on 34 fixed cadavers. It was found that, in % 32,35 of cases,the radial nerve had divided into the terminal branches, just above the elbow joint, whereas in % 58,82 of cases the branchifi cation of the nerve had been 0 - 20 mm proximal to the joint. The average was 32,26 mm proximal. The deep branch was observed to destinate into the arcade of Frohse by traveling 9 mm the shortest and 81 mm the longest as far. The average was 48,33 mm. In one of the cases, the arcade of Frohse was in fibrous structure. As to name an anomaly, in just of the cases, superficial branch was originating as two roots from the main nerve trunk.
