COREUS MARGİNATUS (LINNEAUS, 1758) VE CERALEPTUS OBTUTUS (BURULLE, 1839) (HETEROPTERA: COREİDAE) TÜRLERİNİN YUMURTALARININ DIŞ MORFOLOJİK YAPISI (Yüksek Lisans Tezi) Dilek DURAK GAZİ ÜNİVERSİTESİ FEN BİLİMLERİ ENSTİTÜSÜ Temmuz 2001 ÖZET Bu çalışmada iki Coreidae (Heteroptera) türünün yumurtasının ince yapısı taramalı elektron mikroskobu (SEM) ile incelenmiştir. İki cinse ait iki türün yumurtası şekil ve büyüklük bakımından farklıdır. Coreus marginatus (Linneaus, 1758) yumurtaları uzunca, Ceraleptus obtutus (Burulle, 1839) yumurtaları ise ovaldir. C. marginatus yumurtasının koryonunda hekzagonal yapılar, C. obtutus yumurtasında ise düzensiz ve belirsiz hekzagonal yapılar bulunur. C. marginatus yumurtasında 12-15 mikropil yer alır ve küçük çıkıntı şeklindedir. C. obtutus yumurtasında ise 18-19 mikropil yer alır ve operkulumun etrafında dairesel olarak dizilmiştir. Her iki türde de yumurta kırıcısı kitinimsi ve sklerize yapıdadır. EXTERNAL MORPHOLOGY OF THE EGGS OF SPECIES OF COREUS MARGINATUS (LINNEAUS, 1758) AND CERALEPTUS OBTUTUS (BURULLE, 1839) (HETEROPTERA: COREIDAE) (M. Sc. Thesis) Dilek DURAK GAZI UNIVERSITY INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY JULY 2001 ABSTRACT In this study, chorionic fine structures of two species of Coreidae (Heteroptera) were studied with light and scanning electron microscopes (SEM). The egg of two species belongs to two genera are various in size and in shape. Although the egg of Coreus marginatus (Linneaus, 1758) is elongated, the egg of Ceraleptus obtutus (Bundle, 1839) is ovoid in shape. Chorion shows hexagonal cells in Coreus marginatus and irregular hexagonal cells in Ceraleptus obtutus. In Coreus marginatus, there are 12-15 micropylar projections and in Ceraleptus obtutus, there are 18-19 short pipe micropylar projections around operculum. Egg bursters are chitinous and sclerotized structures.
