Özet
IV ÖZET KADIKÖY YELDEĞİRMENİ'nde ; Fiziksel ve fonksiyonel eskime gösteren geleneksel -sivil binalarının tespiti,yapıların yapısal sorunları ve değişen çevre koşullarına yönelik,işlev vererek korunmaları için öneriler sunulmuştur. Giriş bölümünde;çalışmanın amacı,kapsamı,çalışma alanının seçimi açıklandıktan sonra tez 6 âna bölümde incelenecektir. Yeldeğirmeni'nin fiziksel yapısı,coğrafik ve topoğrafik olarak incelenmiştir Tarihsel-fiziksel gelişim süreci içinde Yeldeğirmeni'nin sivil mimarisi anlatılmıştır. Bölgedeki anıtsal yapılar hakkında bilgi yerilmiş ve planlan ekte sunulmuştur. Tezin en geniş kapsamlı kısmını oluşturan kentsel doku analizleri ayrıntılı şekilde belirtilmiştir Yeldeğirmeni'nde cephe biçimleniş ve yapısal özellikleri ve yapılar üzerindeki bozulma nedenlerine yer verilmiştir.Bozulmaların giderilme yolları anlatılmıştır. Recaizade Sokak'ta bir koruma önerisi detaylı Şekilde incelenerek, Yeldeğirmeni'nin karakteristik kagir yapılarının yapısal olarak incelendiği, sorunlarının tespit edildiğini gösteren bölümde koruma- restorasyon önerileri verilmiştir. Yeldeğirmeni'nde bazı sokaklardan siluetler ve cepheler sunulmuştur. Sonuç olarak da;Koruma kavramının önemi ve Yeldeğirmeni kagir sıra evleri için öneriler verilmektedir.

SUMMARY V KADIKÖY/YELDE?ÎRMENİ ; The suggestions for the determination of both physically and functionally aged traditional civil buildings, the structural problems of these buildings and for their protection by operating according to changing environmental conditions, are presented. The thesis is to be examined in 6 main sections following the explanation of the project's objective,its content and the choosing of the project area,all of which are available in the introduction. The physical structure of Yeldeğirmeni is geographically and topograpichally examined. The civil architecture of Yeldeğirmeni is told within the historical-physical progress. Information related to monumental buildings is given and the plans of those monuments are enclosed in the appendix. The analysis of urban tissues, which constitutes the most extensive part of the thesis, is carried out with all the details. The forming of the facade, the structural properties and the causes for the damaging of the buildings in Yeldeğirmeni are included. The ways for preventing from damage are told. The suggestions for the protection and the restoration are included in the section, in which the characteristic stone-work buildings are structurally examined and the related problems are determined, after a specific suggestion of protection in Recaizade Street was inspected with all its details. A group of silhouette and facade from various streets of Yeldeğirmeni are presented. Finally, the importance of the concept 'protection' and suggestions for the stone-work row houses are emphasized.
