Özet
Çalışma, genel olarak tasarım ve genel kriterleri üzerine kuruludur. Tasarımı oluşturan fonksiyon, yani turizm, tasarıma genel çizgisini verecek olan yöre ve tasarımı oluşturacak olan mimar kişiliği üzerinde durulmuştur. Çalışmada esas olarak, anlam konusu işlenmiş; anlam üretimi, örnek incelemeleri ile somut bir çizgiye oturtulmaya çalışılmıştır. Fonksiyon üzerine gidilirken bu konuların ihmal edilmesi, diğer yapı komplekslerinde olduğu gibi, saat gibi çalışan ancak yaşamayan binalar oluşturmamızı sağlar. Tasarım, fonksiyon çözümünden, teknikten ibaret değildir. Mimarlığın sanat yönü ve söylev görevi ihmal edilmemelidir. Ana kararlan doğru verilmiş, anlam çabası içindeki bir yapı, her zaman için aksi durumdaki bir yapıdan daha başarılı olacaktır. Turizm binaları ve diğer bazı bina tipleri, ekstrem durumları nedeni ile ülke gelirlerine ve yöre sakinlerinin psikolojik durumlarına da etki etmektedirler. Coğrafyası, popülasyonu ve popülasyonuna bağlı olarak kültürü ile yöre, turizmin etkisi altında tüketime sunulmaktadır. Tüketime sunulan bu bölgede, onu tüketen turizm olgusu araç olarak kendisine turizm yapılarım seçmektedir. Bu nedenle bu yapı grubu, konunun incelenmesinde ana örnek olarak kullanılmıştır. Tasarımın çıkış noktası, genel kriterler, tasarıma kimlik kazandıracak olan mimar yani anlam üretme çabası ve kullanılan anlam üretme teknikleri, örnek incelemeleri aracılığı ile irdelenmiştir. m

The study is generally based on design and general criteria's. It is rather dwelled on the function that forms the design, that is to say, the tourism, the architect personality that will constitute the region and the design, which will develop the general outline of design. As a matter of fact, in the study, semantic, and the production of meaning was intended to accommodate on an objective line under sample studies. While considering the function, neglecting such subject matters will result in producing buildings that operate like a clock as is with other building complexes but not living. The design is not composed of only solution of function and techniques. One should never omit the artistic aspect and the wording“speech”function of the architecture at all times. A building with correct master decisions and appearing in the meaning endeavor will be more successful than any other building in the reverse situation. The types of tourism buildings and some other buildings, because of their extreme status are having impacts on the country's incomes and psychological states of the dwellers of neighborhood. The neighborhood with its geography, population and the culture related to the latter has been offered to the consumption under the effect of tourism. In a region which is already offered to the consumption, the tourism fact consuming it appoint the tourism buildings as its own mean. Therefore this configuration of buildings are used as the principal samples in the study of subject matter.The mile stone of design, is scrutinized through general criteria's, the architect who will contribute its identification aspect, that is to say endeavor of production of meaningfulness and the techniques of production of meaningfulness, sample examinations and their due studies.
