Özet

ÖZET Bu araştırma, II. Dünya Savaşı'ndan sonra Avrupa ülkelerinde toplu konutun gelişimi, günümüze kadar olan süreç içerisinde planlamasında ve mimarisindeki değişimdir. I.bölümde; araştırma konusu, konunun amacı,yapılan çalışmalar ve çıkan sonuç açıklandı. II.bölümde; toplu konut kavramı açıklandı. Toplu konutun, ne tür konut tiplerine belirtildiği irdelendi. III.bölümde; dünyada konut sorunun nasıl ve neden ortaya çıktığı ile ilgili açıklamalar yer aldı. Bununla birlikte toplu konutun ortaya çıkışı açıklandı. IV.bölümde; günümüzde konut sorununun tarihsel gelişimi açıklandı. Konut sorununu oluşturan etmenler, uygulanan yöntemler incelendi. Türkiye'de konut sorununun tarihsel gelişimi alt başlık altında açıklandı. Dünya'da konut sorunun önemi,konutu sorun haline getiren etmenler ile irdelendi. Nüfus artışı ve kentleşme açıklandı. Kentleşmenin nedenleri olan; ekonomik, teknolojik, siyasal, sosyo-psikolojik nedenler incelendi. Az gelişmiş ülkeler ve hızlı kentleşme başlığı altında kentlerin tercih edilmesinin nedenleri açıklandı. Konut açığı, konut gereksinmesi, konut talebi gibi ana terimler birer başlık altında irdelendi. Toplumsal konut politikaları açıklandı. V.bölümde; Avrupa kentlerinde meydana gelen gelişme süreci açıklandı. İngiltere, Almanya ve Fransa'dan örnekler verildi. Bu doğrultuda Avrupa'da konut ihtiyacını karşılamak için yapılan girişimlere örnekler verildi. VI. bölümde; II. Dünya Savaşı'ndan sonra Avrupa'da toplu konut başlığı altında ana araştırma konusuna giriş yapıldı.Türkiye'den örnekler verildi. VII. bölümde; ülkelere göre toplu konutun gelişimi açıklandı. Özellikle İngiltere ve Türkiye'de toplu konutun tarihsel gelişimi irdelendi. Farklı örneklerle her iki ülkedeki toplu konutun geçmişten günümüze gelişimi açıklandı. Almanya'da toplu konut örnekler ile pekiştirildi. İsviçre, Fransa, İtalya, Macaristan, İsveç, Avusturya ve Norveç gibi birkaç Avrupa ülkesi bu anlamda araştırıldı. VIII.bölümde; araştırmanın sonuç kısmı yer almaktadır. Yapılan çalışmalar sonucunda ortaya çıkan sonuçlar ve düşünceler bulunmaktadır.

ABSTRACT This research is about the change in the development of housing developments in European Countries after the World War II, and in their planning and designs within the process to date. In Section I; the subject of the research, the purpose of subject, studies made and the results have been explained. In Section II; the concept of housing developments are explained. It has been probed what sorts of dwellings were named as housing developments. In Section III; there are explanations about how and why the dwelling issue has emerged in the world. The emergence of housing estates has also been explained. In Section IV; historic development of dwelling issues in today's world have been explained. Factors creating the dwelling issue and the methods implemented are discussed. Historic development of dwelling problem in Turkey has been explained under a sub-title. Importance of dwelling issue in the world and, and the factors making dwellings a problem have been probed into. Population increase and urbanization issues are discussed. Economic, politic, technologic and socio-psychological causes of urbanization are discussed. Reasons why the cities were preferred have been explained under the title of underdeveloped countries and rapid urbanization. Min terms such as dwelling gap, dwelling requirement, and dwelling demand have been probed into each under a title. Social dwelling policies are discussed. In Section V; the development process in the European countries have been discussed. Examples are given from England, German and France. Parallel to this, examples were given regarding enterprises to meet dwelling need in Europe. In Section VI; Introduction has been made to the main research subject under the title of housing developments in Europe after World II. Examples were given from Turkey. In Section VII; development of housing developments according to countries are discussed. Particularly, the development of housing developments in England and Turkey were discussed. The development of housing estates in both countries has been explained with different examples. Housing developments in Germany are explained, with examples. Several European countries such as Switzerland, France, Italy, Hungary, Sweden, Austria and Norway are studied in this regard. In Section VIII; is the conclusion of research. Results and comments as a results of the studies made are given.
