Özet
ÖZET Yerleşmeler düzeninde görülen yapısal farklılaşmalar, diğer etkenlerin yanı sıra endüstrileşme sürecinin bir ürünü olarak kabul edilebilir. Bu yerleşmeler düzeninde dolayısıyla çevrede görülen yapısal farklılaşmalarda, endüstriyel işletmelerin yer seçimi sürecinde etkinliği olan etken demetlerinin rolü yadsınamaz. Diğer bir deyişle, endüstriyel işletmelerde yer seçim sürecinde etkinliği olan etkenler hem çevrenin yapısal farklılıklarına bağlı olarak oluşurlar hem de çevreyi etkileyerek yapısının değişmesine neden olurlar. Burada kullanılan çevre kavramı sadece doğal çevreyi değil fiziksel ve beşeri çevreyi de kapsamaktadır. Yerleşmeler düzeni içerisinde üretimin gerçekleştiği ve karın maksimizasyonu ile sürekliliği amacını taşıyan işletmeler ve üretim ilişkilerine bağlı olarak yapısal farklılaşmanın görüldüğü çevre arasındaki dengeler sisteminin bozulmaması, endüstriyel işletmelerin yer seçim etkenlerinin ve çevreye etkilerinin bilinmesiyle olası görülmektedir. Bu amaçla hazırlanan çalışmada endüstri ve çevre kavramlarından yola çıkarak endüstriyel işletmelerin yer seçiminde etkili olan faktörler belirlenmeye çalışılmış ve bu faktörlere bağlı olarak yatırımı gerçekleşen endüstriyel işletmelerin çevreye etkisi incelenmiştir. Genel anlamda belirlenen endüstriyel işletmelerde yer seçiminin çevreden etkilenişi ve çevreye etkisi, İzmir İli kapsamında yapılan çalışmayla da örneklendirilmiştir. vı

ABSTRACT The structural changes seen in the regime of settlement can be accepted as a consequence of the industrialization besides other factors. About the structural changes seen in the regime of settlement, cosequently in the enviroment, the influence of a bundle of factors effective on the ground selection of industrial enterprises cannot be denied. In other words, the factors which are effective on the ground selection of industrial enterprises arise from the structural changes of the enviroment and at the same time cause a change in its structure by affecting the enviroment in return. The concept of enviroment used in this text, includes not only the natural enviroment but olso human and physical ones. Preventing the corruption of the regime of balances between the enterprises which have the aim of maximizing and continuity of their profits and the enviroment where a structural change is seen as a result of production relations, seems possible by only recognizing the causes of the ground selection of industrial enterprises and their influence on the enviroment. Using the concepts of the industry and the enviroment, the factors which are effective on the ground selection of industrial enterprises were tried to be determined and the influence of industrial enterprises which have made investments as a consequence of these factors, on the enviroment were examined in this study prepared on this purpose. The influences on the ground selection of industrial enterprises and their influnce on the enviroment determined in general words, were also sampled by a study which had taken place in the range of İzmir City.
