PLC ÎLE LOTO MAKİNASININ KONTROLÜ ( Yüksek Lisans Tezi ) Ahmet EZER GAZİ ÜNİVERSİTESİ FEN BİLİMLERİ ENSTİTÜSÜ Temmuz 2003 ÖZET Bu çalışmanın amacı, endüstriyel otomasyonda geniş uygulama alanı bulan PLC'lerin, nerelerde, niçin ve nasıl kullanıldığını inceleyerek, PLC (Programlanabilir Mantık Denetleyici) ile Loto Makinasının kontrolünü sağlamaktır. Loto Makinası, 49 top arasından 6 top seçen ve bu 6 topun üzerinde yeralan numaraları bilen kişilere para kazandıran bir şans oyunu makinasıdır. Bu tez çalışmasında, en fazla 20 top seçilebilir ve seçilen toplar arasında geçen süre en fazla 9 sn olabilir. Sistem 1 tane NAIS PLC (FPO C32T), 3 tane giriş modülü ve 4 çıkış modülü içermektedir. Giriş modülleri fiziksel anahtarların ve diğer giriş devrelerinin durumlarını inceler ve işlemciye uygun bir forma getirir. Giriş devreleri bir fotosel veya bir buton olabilir. Çıkış modülleri merdiven diyagramında gerekli olan, motorlar, lambalar, selenoidler gibi, çıkış cihazlarına ac güç sağlar. PLC nin çalışması, giriş/çıkış tarama modu ve program işleme modu olmak üzere iki modda gerçekleşir. Giriş/çıkış tarama modunda, işlemci (CPU), bütün giriş ve çıkışları tazeler. Program işleme modunda ise, işlemci, merdiven diyagramı şeklindeki programı ilk satırdan son satıra kadar değerlendirir. Program değerlendirme süresi, programın uzunluğuna ve işlemci çeşidine göre değişir. Bu çalışmada kullanılan NAIS PLC11 5 Kbyte program belleğine sahiptir. Loto makinası için yazılan program, 1.7 Kbyte yer kaplamaktadır ve değerlendirme süresi 1.7 ms' dir. NAIS PLC, toplam 144 adet sayıcı ve zamanlayıcıya sahip olmasının yanısıra içerisinde 1000' in üzerinde dahili röle ve veri kaydedicisi bulunmaktadır. Bilim Kodu : 06090102

Ill THE CONTROL OF LOTO MACHINE WITH PLC ( M.Sc. Thesis ) Ahmet EZER GAZI UNIVERSITY INSTUTE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY July 2003 ABSTRACT The aim of this study is to make control of loto machine with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) examining where, why and how the PLCs are widely used in industrial automation. Loto machine is a luck game machine which choose 6 balls out of 49 balls and earns money to persons, who know the numbers on that 6 balls. In this study, the maximum number of balls chosen can be 20 and the maximum time between the balls can be 9 sn. The system consist of 1 NAIS PLC (FPO C32T), 3 input modules and 4 output modules. Input modules examine the state of physical switches and other input devices and put their state into a form suitable for the processor. Input devices can be a photocell or a button. Output modules supply ac power to external devices such as motors, lights, selenoids and so on, just as required in the ladder diagram. The operation of the PLC can be considered in two modes, the I/O scan mode and the execution mode. During I/O scan mode, the processor updates all inputs and outputs. During execution mode, the processor evaluates each rung of the ladder diyagram program starting from the first rung and proceeding to the last rung. Evaluation time of program changes according to lenght of the program and the type of the processor. NAIS PLC used in this study hasIV 5 Kbyte program memory. The program written for the loto machine occupies 1.7 Kbyte and the evaluation time of this program is 1.7 ms. NAIS PLC has 144 items of counters and timers. In addition to this, there are more than thousand internal relays and data registers in it.
