Özet

ÖZET Endüstri Meslek Liselerinde Öğrenim Gören Öğrencilerin Mesleki Gelişimlerinde İşletmelerin Etkileri Günümüzde teknolojinin hızla gelişmesi ve değişmesi sonucunda, öğretim kurumlarının toplumdaki rollerinde manidar değişiklikler meydana gelmiştir. İş hayatının hızla gelişmesi ve karmaşık bir nitelik alması, istihdam için bireyin sahip olması gereken niteliklerde de önemli değişiklikler meydana getirmektedir. Bu anlamda bireyler için gerekli olan niteliklerin eğitim yoluyla kazandırılması söz konusu olmaktadır. Hızla değişen endüstri ile doğrudan doğruya ilişkili olan okullarımızın amacına ulaşması için verilen eğitimin, gerçek işyeri koşullan içinde yapılan eğitimle desteklenmesinin daha başarılı sonuçlar verdiği yapılan uygulamalarla saptanmıştır. Böylece mesleki ve teknik öğretim kurumlarında temel bilgi ve becerileri okul atelyelerinde kazanan öğrencilerin laboratuvar ve atelye uygulamalarım gerçek üretim ortamı içinde endüstri ve işyerlerinde yapmaları, nitelikli insangücü yetiştirilmesi bakımından zorunlu görülmektedir. Bu araştırma ile; 3308 sayılı Mesleki Eğitim Kanunu uyarınca öğrencilere yaptırılan meslek eğitimi uygulamalarının analiz edilmesi, uygulamadaki durumun belirlenmesi, bu mesleki eğitim sonunda öğrencilerin işyeri ortamına uyum sağlayabilme düzeylerinin, edinmesi gerekli olan bilgi birikiminin ve uygun davranışları edinme düzeylerinin saptanması ve değerlendirilmesine ilişkin bulgulara ulaşılması amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmanın temel veri kaynağım anketlerle toplanan veriler oluşturmuştur. Verilerin toplanmasında iki tür anket kullanılmıştır. Anketler elektrik, elektronik, bilgisayar, metal işleri, motor ve talaşlı üretim bölümlerinde öğrenim gören ve işletmelerde mesleki eğitimlerini gerçekleştirmekte olan öğrencilerle, aynı branşlarda koordinatörlük görevi yapan öğretmenlere uygulanmıştır. ABSTRACT The Effects Of Establishments On Occupational Improvements Of Students At Industrial Occupational High Schools In our days, as a result of fast developments and changes of technology, there have been significant changes at the role of educational institution in society. Working life has developed rapidly and had a complex quality, because of that there have been important changes in the qualifications that individuals should have. With that meaning, the qualities are needed for individuals should be gained by means of education. To make our schools reach their aims which are directly related to rapidly changing industry had been proved with applications that education is supported with real work conditions, gives more succesful results. In this way it is compulsory to do laboratory and workshop practice at real production environment, for the students at occupational and technical schools who gained basic knowledge and talent at the workshops of occupational and technical schools. With this reserch, it is aimed to reach findings, to analyze occupational education that is performed by students according to the Occupational Education Act with number 3308, to determine the situation in practice, and to establish and evaluate their level of their adaptation to their workplace at the end of this education, the amount of knowledge that is essantial to be acquired and their level of obtaining suitable behaviour. The basic data source of this research was formed by inquires. Two kinds of inquiries were used while collecting the data. The inquiries were adapted to the students who are at electricity, electronics, computer metal works, engine and production with sawdust departments. For solving the data; frequency, percent,average, standard deviation, t-test and variation analyses were used. As a level of significance p< 0.05 was accepted. XIAt the fourth part of this research the findings below were mentioned; information about the subjects, introducing the job and establishments to the students while s tarting o ccupational e ducation p ractice, s tudents adaption t o establishments and the contributions of establishments to the students as for occupational talent education. Those are some important results of this research : One third of the students had not taken occupational education about their department at establishments. More than half of the students were made to work out of their aim at establishments. One fourth of the students could realize less than 40 percent of their education programme. More than half of the coordinator teachers had not taken in service training about occupational education. Those are some of the suggestions of this resarch : Education programmes should be rearranged according to technological developements and should be applicable at establishments. Students ideas about the establishments should be taken into account and the situation of establishments should be fixed with tests and inquiries. If there are not any establishment at sufficient quality for some departmemts, the laboratories of those departments should be sufficient at schools. October, 2003 Recai DEMIR XII
