Özet

ÖZET Dünyada bilgi ve teknoloji alanında yaşanan patlamalar sonucunda, sanat eğitiminin amaçlarından biri olan görsel okur yazarlığın yaygınlaştırılması, eğitim programlarında ilk sıraya yerleşmiştir. Bu durum karşısında insanlar karşılaştıkları problemlere güvenilir çözümler arama uğraşına girmişlerdir. Araştırmada, gelişmiş ülkelerde ve Cumhuriyetin ilk yıllarından bugüne dek Türkiye'de, ilköğretim okulları sanat eğitimi programlan incelenmiştir. Ulusların kültür değerlerinin çok eskilere dayanan belgeler olduğu bilinci ile ilköğretim 6.,7. ve 8. sınıflar için alternatif tekstil konulan önerilmiştir. Geliştirilen konulardan, bireyin çizgi, beden, psikoloji ve kişilik gelişim yapısına en uygun görülen kilim dokumalar 6. sınıfta proje bağlamında uygulanmak üzere tercih edilmiştir. Bu konularda davranış boyutunda Bloom' un“Taksonomi”sinden, öğretim yönteminde“Çok Alanlı Sanat Eğitimi Yönteminden”, öğrenci katılımını sağlamada“Çoklu Zeka Kuramından”faydalanılarak araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen ünite ve günlük planlardan yararlanılmıştır. Geliştirilen konulann öğrenme-öğretme süreci hazırlıklannm ardından Ankara'da bir ilköğretim okulunda uygulama yapılarak verilere nicel ve nitel araştırma yöntemleriyle ulaşılmıştır. Nicel veriler için; uygulama başında ve sonunda öğrencilere“Tutum Ölçeği ve Başarı Testleri”yapılmış, ders sonu gözlem formları ile de her dersin sonunda öğrencinin devinişsel davranış değişiklikleri saptanmaya çalışılmıştır. Uygulama süreci ise, nitel araştırmada bir durum çalışması olan“Eğitsel Eleştiri Yöntemi”ile gözlenmiş ve tüm aynntılan ile dokümanlar toplanmıştır. Nitel verilerin tasnifi, değerlendirilmesi ve sonuçlan bulgular ve yorum bölümünü oluşturmuştur. Araştırma bulgulan genel olarak, sınıf ortamında motivasyonun, konu seçiminin uygulamayı etkilediği yönündedir. Buna göre, hedeflenen davranışlarda %50 ve üzerinde olumlu değişiklikler saptanmış, sonuçlar grafiklerle gösterilmiştir. İlköğretim okullan sanat eğitimi programlannda kültür boyutu ile geleneksel Türk sanatlanmn yer alması için, öğrenci ve öğretmenlerin istekli olduğu anlaşılmıştır. Geliştirilen konunun başanya ulaşabilmesi açısından yetkililere gerekli önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

ABSTRACT As a result of the burst in knowledge and technology in the world, the spread of visual literacy, which is one of the targets of art education, has taken a main plain in education programs. In face of this situation, people have tried to find reliable solutions to the problems they encountered. In this research, art education programs in primary schools in developed countries and since the early stages of the Turkish Republic have been studied. After studying the documents, it has become apparent that especially the cultural dimension in current art education programs in Turkey does not take place adequately. With the awareness that cultural values of Nations are based on documents dating from the ancient times, alternative textile subjects have been suggested in the sixth, seventh and eight classes in primary education. Among the suggested subjects, the most suitable one to the linear, physical, psychological and personel development structure of the individual,“kilim weavings”was suggested and which would be applied in connection to a project in the sixth class. In these subject we have made use of the following resources: In behaviorism“Bloom's Taxonomy”; in teaching methods“Multi Disciplinary Art Education Methods”; in providing student participation“Multiple Intelligence Theory”; and unit and daily plans which were developed by ourselves. After the preparation of learning and teaching process of the suggested subjects, the data have been reached through quantitative and qualitative research methods while applying at“Primary School in Ankara”. For the quantitative data, students were given an“Attitude Scale and Achievement Tests”at the beginning and the end of the application, and through observation forms, the student's psychomotor behavior changes have been determined after each lesson. As for the application process, it is observed through the“Educational Criticism Method”which is a case study in qualitative research, the documents have been collected in details. The classification, the evaluation and the result of the qualitative data form the findings and comment chapter; and the results are shown with charts.Ill The findings of this study show that motivation and selection of topics generally impact on the implementation in the classroom environment. Accordingly, a %50 and above increase is found in enhancing the learning objectives. The findings are shown in graphics. It appears that students and teachers are willing that Turkish traditional art take place culturally in art education programs in primary schools. So that the suggested subject will reach its aim, Finally in this researce some suggestions are made for the authorities to implement this program succesfully.
