Doç. Dr.Erdoğan KÖSE Bu çalışmanın temel amacı, orta öğretimde; Türk Dili ve Edebiyatı derslerinin amaçlarının gerçekleşme düzeyini, kuramsal ve deneysel bir düzeyde ele alıp incelemektir. Bu araştırma, tarama yöntemiyle yapılmıştır. Öncelikle konuyla ilgili literatür incelenmiş ve kuramsal temel oluşturulmuştur. Bu doğrultuda, Türk Dili ve Edebiyatı öğretmenleri, lise müdürleri ve orta öğretim müfettişlerine uygulanmak üzere anket formu geliştirilmiş, lise 1., 2. ve 3. sınıf öğrencilerine uygulanmak için de, basan testleri hazırlanmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini 2002-2003 öğretim yılında Erzurum Milli Eğitim müdürlüğü bünyesinde görev yapan orta öğretim müfettişleri ile il merkezinde bulunan liselerin müdürleri ve yine il merkezindeki bu liselerde görev yapan Türk Dili yş; Edebiyatı öğretmenleri ile il merkezindeki liselerde öğrenim gören öğrenciler araştırmanın örneklemini ise 54 Türk Dili ve Edebiyatı öğretmeni, 10 orta öğretim müfettişi, 10 lise müdürü ve 8 lisede öğrenim gören 716 lise öğrencisi oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma alt ana bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde; giriş ve araştırmanın problemi, ikinci bölümde; araştırmanın kuramsal çerçevesi, üçüncü bölümde; konuyla ilgili araştırmaların özetleri yer almaktadır. Dördüncü bölümde; araştırmanın yöntemi evren ve örneklem, beşinci bölümde; araştırma sonunda ulaşılan bulgular ve yorumlar SPSS (Sosyal Bilimler İçin istatistik Programı) ile analiz edilerek tablolar halinde yorumlanmıştır. Altına bölümde, Türk Dili ve Edebiyat öğretmenleri ve Orta Öğretim Müfettişleri görüşleri ile 2002-2003 öğretim yılı başlarında ve sonunda, lise öğrencilerine uygulanan basan testleri sonuçlan ortaya konmuş ve 1991-1992 Öğretim Programının amaçlarının gerçekleştiği sonucuna varılmıştır. Aynca, bu bölümde, sonuçlara yönelik değerlendirmeye ve 1991-1992 Öğretim Programı uygulayıcılarına yönelik önerilere yer verilmiştir.

Prof. Dr. Erdoğan KÖSE The main purpose of this study is to hold and study theoretically and empirically the realisation level of the Turkish language and literature in secondary education. This study has been achieved with the usage of the scanning method (tarama). First, the literature with regards to the chosen subject has been studied and a hypothetic principal has been made out. Thus, a questionnaire form has been developed to apply to the teachers of the Turkish Language and literature, high school directors and the inspectors of the secondary education. On the other hand,success tests have been developed to apply to the high school students of grade 1, 2 and 3. The universe of this study includes (has been including) the inspectors of secondary education belonging to the directors of high schools in the centre of Erzurum, the teachers of the Turkish Language and literature in some high schools and the students being educated in these schools. Moreover, the sample of mis research consists of 54 Turkish Language and literature teachers, 10 secondary education inspectors, 10 high school directors and 716 high school students being educated in 8 high schools.This study has been formed by six main chapters. The introduction and the problem of the study has taken part in the first chapter, the theoretical formation of the study has taken part in the second chapter, the summary of the study has taken part in the third chapter. The method of the study, universe and the sample of the study have taken place in the fourth chapter and in the fifth chapter.The data of the study have been analysed and commanded with SPSS statistical computer programs for social sciences in tables. In this chapter, the views of the Turkish Language and literature teachers and the secondary education inspectors with the results of the success tests applied to the high school students at the beginning and end of 2002-2003 academic year have been explained and it is understood that the targets of the program of 1991-1992 have been achieved. In addition, in this chapter some meaningful suggestions, according to the evaluation of the results of the study of 1991-1992 academic year's program have been formed.
