SUMMARY IN ISLAMIC JURISPRUDENCE, THE RESULTS OF ILLNESS KEY WORDS: Islamic Jurisprudence, illness, Treatment, Permission, Excuse. The purpose of this study is fixing that how illness which affected the human being's natural life changed the worship whose forms and conditions defined, and also is to determine that how these people's legal possessions were evaluated. As Islamic rules have order person's individual life, they took base making sure social peace. Illness, as a bad situation, affects individual life and causes people's relations hardly. In our study, we tried to examine that how Islam evaluate this situation. The thesis is composed of three chapters. In the first chapter, it is mentioned that how the illness situation affected worship life. Worships, in general, expressed in Qur'an, but they are not mentioned explicitly. Their conditioins were explained by the Prophet. In some cases, in the applications of the worships we can see some changes. One of the causes among these changes is illness. Islam accepted illness as a hardness, and so it provides some easines. In this connection, we tried to fix these easines in worships, such as prayer, fasting and pilgramage. In the second chapter, it is focused on the effects of illness in the legal savings known as relations among the people. Legal acts which are done during the illness, could led to some harm both person himself and the others because of his unconsciousness. We tried to evaluate the limitation of Islam about legal savings of the person in such condition and some responsibilities of the people encountered such condition. In the third chapter, it is mentioned that the permission of passing over some obligations acted by Islam in necessity and examined disagreement of the sects about this topic. Islam has accepted illness as excuse and brought some easiness. On the other hand, easiness that is bought has shaped according to illness. During the study we have tried to explain the opinions of Hanefi, Şafii, Maliki anf Hanbeli Sects about the topic by using comparison method.
