ÖZET PROJE YÖNETİMİ OLGUSU VE ÇİĞLİ TOPLU KONUT YAPI KOOPERATİFİ ÇALIŞMASI (EVKA 5) ÖRNEĞİNDE SORGULANMASI COŞKUN, Havva Gül Yüksek Lisans Tezi, Peyzaj Mimarlığı Anabilim Dalı Tez Yöneticisi: Doç. Dr. Adnan KAPLAN Ocak 2004, 104 sayfa İçerisinde bulunduğumuz çağın getirdiği kitlesel ve teknolojik büyüme yanında, kaynakların sınırlı olması, kalıcı çözümler yani“projeler”üretilmesini ve projelerin başarısını sağlayan proje yönetimi uygulamasını gerektirmektedir. Bu çalışma kapsamında; proje yönetimi olgusu yanında proje ve proje yöneticisi kavramları ele alınmaktadır. Örnek çalışma alanı olarak belirlenen EVKA 5'de konumlanmış S.S. İki Çiğli Konut Yapı Kooperatifinin işleyişinde en belirgin eksiklik proje yönetiminin uygulanmamış olmasıdır. Bu nedenle konut yapı kooperatifinin proje yönetimi kapsamında ele alınması yolunda, mevcut olan kooperatif modeli karşısında ideal bir kooperatif modeli geliştirilmiştir. Mevcut ve ideal model konut yapı kooperatifi kapsamında karşılaştırılmış, proje yönetimi hususunun etkin bir şekilde ilgili kooperatifin bundan sonrası işleyişinde yer alması öngörülerek bu yolda yapılması gereken çalışmalar (öneriler) ortaya konmuştur.

VI ABSTRACT THE CONCEPT OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND ITS EVALUATION IN THE CONTEXT OF THE MASS HOUSING PROJECT IN EVKA 5 DISTRICT, Çİ?Lİ COŞKUN, Havva Gül Msc in Landscape Architecture Supervisor: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Adnan KAPLAN January 2004, 104 pages In our contemporary age where a considerable technological and mass growth exists, the sources are greatly decreased. It is required to have permanent solutions. In other words, it is compulsory to produce“projects”and to bring the“project management”concept in the application of these projects to increase their success. Within the scope of this study, besides the phenomenon of the“project management”the concept of the“projects”and“project manager”are scrutinized as welL The most noticeable deficiency of the S.S. İki Çiğli Housing Cooperative accommodated in EVKA 5 that is chosen as a case study area for this work is the lack of the project management principles during the application. To a better investigation of the housing cooperative model, the idealized model is developed besides the existing model The ideal and the existing housing models are compared with each other, and it is provisioned via the planned proposals that the theme of the“project management”should play a significant role within the ongoing housing project.
