ÖZET YÜKSEK LİSANS TEZİ 2-AMINO-4-KLORMETİL TİYAZOL, SPİRO[4,4]NONAN-BİS-TÎYAZOL ve OKSAZOLİDİN'İN BAZI TÜREVLERİNİN SENTEZİ Demet COŞKUN Fırat Üniversitesi Fen Bilimleri Enstitüsü Kimya Anabilim Dalı 2004, Sayfa:61 Bu çalışmada, öncelikle 1,3-diklor aseton (1) sentezlenmiş ve bu bileşik tiyoüre ile etkileştirilerek 3,8-ditiyo-l,6-diazospiro [4,4]nona-l,6-dien-2,7-diamin (2) ve 4-( klormetil )-2- metil-l,3-tiyazol (3) bileşikleri sentezlenmiştir. Sentezlenen (3) bileşiği uygun aldehitlerle (benzaldehit, p-hidroksibenzaldehit,, 2-hidroksibenzaldehit) reaksiyonundan schiff bazlan elde edilmiştir. (2) bileşiği ile klorasetilklorür, benzaldehit, p-hidroksibenzaldehit ve salisilaldehit ile etkileştirilerek bis tiyazol türevleri sentezlenmiştir. Ayrıca (2) bileşiği etilmetan trikarboksilat ile etkileştirilerek diester türevine dönüştürülmüştür. Klormetil tiyazolü karbomat tuzlan ile reaksiyona sokarak ditiyokarbomat türevleri elde edilmiştir. Saflaştırma işlemleri; kristallendirme ve çöktürme ile yapıldı. Sentezlenen bileşiklerin yapıları, eîementel analiz, *H, 13C-NMR ve FT-IR ile karakterize edildi.

ABSTRACT Master Thesis SYNTHESIS OF SOME DERIVATIVES OF OXAZOLIDYNE AND 2-AMINO-4- CHLOROMETHYL THYAZOL, SPIRO[4,4]NONAN-BIS-THYAZOL Demet COŞKUN Fırat University Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciencies, Department of Chemistry 2004,Page:61 In this work, first 1,3-dichloro acetone (1) was synthesized. Then, 3,8-dithyo-l,6- diazospiro[4,4]nona-l,6-dien-2,7-diamine (2) and 4-chloromethyl-2-methyl-l,3-thiazoI (3) compound were synthesized by reacting with thioure and the compound (1) mentioned. The schiff bases were prepared by reaction of (3) and aldehyde such as benzaldehyde, p- hyoroxybenzaldehyde, 2- hyoroxybenzaldehyde. Bis-thiazol derivatives were synthesized by reaction of (2) and chloroacetylchloride, benzaldehyde, p-hyoroxybenzaldehyde and saliside aldehyde. Also, Its diester derivative was prepared by reacting with (2) and ethylmethane tricarboxilate. Dithiocarbomat derivatives were obtained by reaction of chloromethyl thiazoie and carbomat salts. Processes of purification was carried out cristallization and precipitant. Structure of compounds synthesized was characterized by elemental analysis, IR, 13C and 'H NMR techniques.
