ÖZET DOKTORA TEZİ BAZI HETEROSİKLİK YAPILAR ÜZERİNDE DENEYSEL VE TEORİK ÇALIŞMALAR Dilek Elmalı Anadolu Üniversitesi Fen Bilimleri Enstitüsü Kimya Anabilim Dalı Danışman: Doç. Dr. Nevin Kanışkan 2004, 88 sayfa Bu çalışmada literatürde daha önce sentezlenmemiş olan 1,4-Dikarbonil türevleri Stetter reaksiyonuyla tiyazolyum tuzları kullanılarak sentezlendi. Elde edilen 1,4-Dikarbonil türevlerinden, Paal-Knorr yöntemi ile literatürde daha önce sentezlenmemiş olan 2,5-Disübstitüe pirol, furan ve tiyofen türevleri sentezlendi ve spektroskopik metotlarla yapıları aydınlatıldı Sentezlenen 2,5-Disübstitüe furan, pirol ve tiyofen türevlerinin asitlik sabitleri saptandı ve teorik olarak semi-empirik kuantum kimyasal AMI yöntemi ile hesaplanan değerlerle paralellikleri araştırıldı.

Thesis EXPERIMENTAL AND THEORETICAL STUDY OF SOME HETEROCYCLIC COMPOUNDS Dilek Elmalı Anadolu University Graduate School of Sciences Chemistry Department Supervisor: Doç.Dr.Nevin Kanışkan 2004, 88 pages In this study, according to S tetter reaction in the presence of thiazolium salt catalyst 1,4-Dicabonyl derivatives, which didn't take part in literature, synthesized. According to Paal-Knorr reaction, 2,5-Disubstituted furan, pyrrole and thiophene compounds, which didn't take part in literature, were synthesized from the 1,4- dicarbonyl compounds and characterized by using spectroscopic methods. The acidity constants of 2,5-Disubstituted pyrrole, furan and thiophene derivatives were determined and by using semi-empirical quantum chemical calculation AMI method the results were searched.
