Özet
ÖZET Bu çalışma PKK terör örgütünün tarihî gelişimini, ideolojisini, yöntemini ve adı geçen terör örgütünün küresel ve bölgesel değişikliklere kendisini adapte ederken başvurduğu yolları, üst düzey teröristlerin ve örgütün yayın organlarından bu değişiklikleri nasıl seyrettiklerini ortaya koymak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Türkiye'deki sol hareketler, 1961 anayasası ile daha legal bir örgütlenme imkânı bulurken,“Kürtçülük”hareketleri de T-KDP'nin önderliğinde IKDP'nin kontrolünde seyretmiştir. Ancak adı geçen örgütün liderinin ölmesi üzerine ortaya çıkan terörist başı Öcalan bu hareketi kontrol etmeye çalışmıştır. Bütün terör örgütleri gibi gizli bir biçimde örgütlenen PKK güvenlik güçlerinden kaçmayı başarmıştır. Adı geçen örgüt kurulduğu günden itibaren“Marksist”bir ideoloji benimsemiş ve terörist başı Öcalan da baskıcı bir yapıyla öne çıkmıştır. Terörist başı Öcalan' m yakalanması ile örgüt iki kez isim değiştirmiş ancak terörist Öcalan terör örgütü üzerindeki kontrolünü kaybetmemiştir. Örgütün amacı ise hiç değişmemiştir. vııı

ABSTRACT The Turkish left began organizing legally as of early 1960's by taking advantage of the liberal 1961 constitution. In same period, T-KDP and the other“Kurdish”organizations are under the affect of the IKDP. After the death of T-KDP's leader, terrorist Öcalan would have take the control of this movement. The leftist groups considered the“liberation of Kurds”. Therefore terrorist Öcalan decided“separately Kurd movement”and began to build an organazition for this. As all of the leftist terrorist organizations used the same methods, PKK (Kurdistan Workers Party) went undetected by the authorities as being a distinct group. Since the beginning, the PKK Marxist - Leninist in its ideology and Stalinist in its leadership style. After the capture of the terrorist Öcalan, PKK renamed as a KADEK and later Kongra - Gel. But terrorist Öcalan continued to manage the these terrorist organization. But his goal didn't change. This thesis analyzes the PKK's history, ideology and its methodology throught to its terrorist and press. IX
