ABSTRACT Nowadays role of countries decreases in international trade whereas role of multinational companies increased. From now on multinational companies have influence on foreign trade as much as countries do. It is in making economical decisions or providing coordination and inspection, multinational companies do play more and more role. Additionally in last years small companies also began to make product as multinational companies too. From now on multinational companies' investments are not only export or such limited investments but also administration of initiative in overseas countries, choosing and inspecting employee, making decisions about investment and such complex procedures. There are different reasons for multinational companies, planning to make global profit, to make investments out of their countries. Firstly, they choose countries where pieces of goods are cheap, social spends are low, workers have less rights but talented. Secondly, it is the flow of saving nature which began in 1980's. So industries, especially chemical ones, had to move to the countries which do not have heavy legal restrictions on polluting the nature. Thirdly, companies that could not pass over high customs wall, pass it over by production inside, bringing technological equipment they use to safe sale place. But comfort in export has importantly limited this possibility. However multinational companies have had an important effect in countries they made investments. In this study globalization has been studied from the point of view, that companies, especially multinational ones, economically affect less developed or developing countries.
