Dr. Başaran GENÇDOĞAN Bu araştırma, genel liselerde Divan edebiyatının öğretiminde karşılaşılan sorunların tespiti ve buna yönelik çözüm önerileri geliştirmek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Öncelikle konuyla ilgili literatür incelenmiş ve kuramsal temel oluşturulmuştur. Bu doğrultuda, genel liselerde görev yapan Türk dili ve edebiyatı öğretmenleriyle genel liselerin 1. ve 2. sınıflarında okuyan öğrencilere uygulanmak üzere anket formları geliştirilmiştir. Araştırmanın evrenini, 2004-2005 eğitim öğretim yılında Erzurum il merkezinde bulunan genel liselerin Türk dili ve edebiyatı öğretmenleriyle bu liselerin 1. ve 2. sınıflarında öğrenim gören öğrenciler; araştırmanın örneklemini ise 10 genel lisede öğrenim gören 800 öğrenci ve aynı kurumlarda görev yapan 75 Türk dili ve edebiyatı öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma altı ana bölümden meydana gelmektedir. Birinci bölümde; giriş ve araştırmanın problemi, ikinci ve üçüncü bölümlerde; sırasıyla genel liselerdeki Türk dili ve edebiyatı öğretiminin ve Divan edebiyatı öğretiminin bir değerlendirmesi yer almaktadır. Dördüncü bölümde; araştırmanın yöntemi hakkında bilgiler verilmiştir. Beşinci bölümde; araştırmada toplanan verilerin analizleri sonucunda elde edilen bulgular ve yorumlar SPSS (Sosyal Bilimler İçin İstatistik Programı) ile analiz edilerek tablolar halinde yer almaktadır. Bu bölümde öğretmen ve öğrencilerden elde edilen sonuçlar iki ana başlık allında verilmiştir. Altıncı bölümde ise araştırma sonucunda elde edilen bulgulara dayalı olarak genel sonuç ve önerilere yer verilmiştir.

Prof. Dr. Başaran GENÇDO?AN This research was carried out to determine the problems run into while teaching the Classical Ottoman Poetry in general high schools and to improve solution propasals for them. First the literatures related to this subject was investigated a theoretical basis was established fort this aim, the poll forms to be applied to the poll forms with Turkish lierature teachers working in general high schools and the first and second class students in these high schools. The Turkish literature teachers teaching in the general high schools in the city centre of Erzurum in the 2004-2005 teaching year and the 1st and 2nd class students attending to these schools constituted the community of this research. The 75 Turkish literature teachers working in 10 general high schools and 800 students having education in the same schools farmed the example of this research. The research consists of six main sections. At the first section, introduction and the problems of research; at the second and the thirtd sections, the Turkish language and literature education and an evulation of Classical Ottoman Poetry are found respectively. At fourth sections, information about research method was given. At fifth sections there are charts made by analysing the findings and interpretations acquired in research with results SPSS (Statistics Programme for Social Sciences) The outcomes acguired from teachers and students were presented under two headlines. At the sixth section; there were general conclusions and propasals based on findings of the acquired research.
