S U M M A R Y“***»i This summary has been prepared in order to' explain ”the training technique program" which was held in the Turkish Navy Commander. Firstly, all the similar projects and programs have been examined and his program has been projected. Latest in three years (1987-1988-1989) the trainers whe wvere able to participate to the training technique cqurs;es rieiarlyr for all of them(%98-300 officers and none commissioned officers) there was a survey. These surveys have been prepared in twe forms. Imagine-If we call the first survey A. And if we call the second survey B. A form was used for the trainers. B form was used for the teachers. In these two surveys, there are two main aims. The first one is to measure ofthe training techniques which are bel ong to nowadays. The second one is how the course should be in the future. All the results were written seperatly according to the participand's opinions who say 'I haven't got any decision yet- I am agree or I am not agree and their percentages were fount out. Survey results have been catagorized in order to show and determi- ne smt clearly,- In these forms the answers which was given was expla-ined as a questioner and their percentages were shovra. Comparing the teachers' position and the trainers' pos ition were able tû the decision about the training techniques. The main thing is what should be done in the future for the tra ining techniques. In the survey forms, there are e. lot of personal questions in order to find out the real training techniques.
