SİVAS-HAPİK OCAĞINDAKİ AGREGANIN BETON YAPIMINDA KULLANILABİLİRLİĞİNİN ARAŞTIRILMASI (Yüksek Lisans Tezi) Nurettin KOCABAY GAZİ ÜNİVERSİTESİ PEN BİLİMLERİ ENSTİTÜSÜ Ocak 1991 ÖZ Bu çalışmada, Sivas ve havalisinde yapılan inşaat larda kullanılan agreganın % 80' ini karşılayan ocağın beton yapımında uygunluğu araştırılmıştır. Çalışmada kullanılan deney metodları, Türk Standardları Enstitüsü tarafından kabul edilen agrega deneyleri olmuştur. Sivas ili Hafik ilçesi kuzey doğusundaki agrega ocağın dan TS - 707 *ye uygun olarak alınan Tuvenan agrega. nu muneleri üzerinde, agreganın granülometrisi, özgül a- ğırlığı, su emme oranı, ince madde oranı, hafif madde oranı, birim ağırlık tayini, kil topakları tayini, or ganik madde tayini, hava tesirlerine ve aşınmaya karşı duyarlılık deneyleri yapılmıştır. Deney sonuçlarının standard değerlere uygun olduğu gözlenmiştir. Bu değer lere göre beton üretiminde kullanılabilir özelliktedir. 111

THE INVESTIGATION OP UTILIZATION POSSIBILITY SİVAS-HÂPİK AGRIGATE'S OP PIT AT THE CONCRETE PRUDUCT (M. Sc. Thesis) Nurettin KOCABAY GAZI UNIVERSITY INSTITUTE OP SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY January 1991 ABSTRACT In this study, Sivas and in the around uses at the building construction of the agregate is investigation of utilization possibility. Sample of agregate have been collected from the norh-east pit of Sivas-Hafik and based on the Turkish Standard -707 criteries.lolloping tent have been realised on the samples; sieve or screen analysis uf agregates, test method for specific gravity and water absorbsion, unit weight, thin matter contant, fine matter content, clay roundishes ratio, organik matter contant, air influences and at the depreciation durability. As the test results match very well with the institute of Turkish Standarts criteries this agregate can be used as the agregate of concrete. IV
