Özet
Internet'in egitimde kullanılması ile yeni egitsel kaynak ve imkanlar ortaya çıkmıstır. Bu çalısmanın amacı, açık kaynak kodlu ögrenim yönetim sistemlerinden biri olan Moodle'ı kullanarak ögrencilerin bir web destekli ortamda iletisim düzeyini, web ve bilgisayar hakkındaki duygularını ve memnuniyet düzeylerini incelemektir. Bu amaç dogrultusunda Egitim Fakülteleri Bilgisayar ve Ögretim Teknolojileri Egitimi Bölümlerinde okutulmakta olan internet Ortamında Yazarlık Dilleri ve Uygulamaları dersinin etkin ve verimli ögretimi amacıyla ders içerikleri ve çesitli etkinlikler Moodle aracılıgıyla Web ortamına aktarılmıstır. Yarıyıl sonunda örneklemdeki ögrencilere ?Web Destekli Egitimin Etkililigi? anketi arastırmacı tarafından düzenlenerek uygulanmıstır. Ayrıca ögretim üyeleri için görüsme formu hazırlanmıstır. Arastırmanın örneklemini Balıkesir Üniversitesi Necatibey Egitim Fakültesi Bilgisayar ve Ögretim Teknolojileri Ögretmenligi 2005?2006 Egitim Ögretim yılı 3. sınıf ögrencilerinden 55 kisi ve Balıkesir Üniversitesi Necatibey Egitim Fakültesinde görev yapan 5 ögretim üyesi olusturmustur. Ögrencilerin büyük bir çogunlugu web destekli olarak verilen bu dersin gerekliligi ve ögrenmeyi olumlu etkiledigi konusunda hemfikirdir. Geleneksel yöntemleri kullanarak bu dersi islemenin ögrenciler tarafından tercih edilmedigi, web destekli kursların ögrenciler için daha cazip oldugu yine çıkan sonuçlar arasındadır. Sonuçlar bilgisayar ve web hakkındaki ögrenci görüslerinin olumlu oldugunu göstermektedir. Ögrencilerin web destekli olarak verilen bu dersle ilgili iletisim düzeyleri, memnuniyet algıları nötrdür. Ögretim üyelerinin tamamı web destekli ögrenmeden faydalanmayı düsünmekte ve Moodle gibi derslerin web destekli yürütüldügü bir ortamda derslerini islemek istemektedirler.

The use of the Internet in education revealed new educational sources and opportunities. The aim of this study is to analyze students? level of communication in a web supported environment, satisfaction and emotions about web and computers by using Moodle which is an open source learning management system. For effective and productive instruction of the Internet Authoring Languages and Applications lessons? contents are transferred to the web environment by using Moodle which is given in Computer Education and Instructional Technologies Department Of Education Faculties. At the end of the midterm the survey of the ?Effectivity of the web supported learning? has been organized and applied to the students by the researcher. Interview forms are prepared for lecturers as well. The sample of the research is formed by 55 3rd class students in 2005 ? 2006 school year in Balıkesir University Necatibey Faculty of Education Computer Education and Instructional Technologies Department and 5 lecturers at the Balıkesir University Necatibey Faculty of Education. Most of the students have the same opinions about the necessity and its positive effect of the course that is given web supported. To take lessons by traditional methods is not preferred by students and also web supported courses are more attracting for students. Results show students? opinions about web and computers are positive. Students? levels of communication, perception of satisfaction are neutral in a course which is given as web supported. All of the lecturers are willing to make use of web supported learning and they are willingly to make their lessons in an envoirnment which is web supported like Moodle.
