Bu çalı mada Styrax officinalis tohumlarından benzofurantürevlerinin izolasyonu ve yapılarının aydınlatılması çalı ılmı tır. Çalı masonucunda;I- 5-[3â²â²-(2â²â²â²-methylbutanoyloxy)propyl]-7-methoxy (3' -methylenedioxy,4'phenyl) - benzofuaranII- 5-(3â²â²-acetoxypropyl)-7-methoxy-2-(3â²,4â²-methylenedioxyphenyl)-benzofuranIII- 5-[3â²â²-(2â²â²â²-methylbutanoyloxy)propyl]-7-methoxy-2-(3â²,4â²-dimethoxyphenyl) - benzofuranIV- 5-(3â²â²-hydroxypropyl)-7-methoxy-2-(3â²,4â²-methylendioxyphenyl)-benzofuranV- Egonol -3â²â²-( -D- glucopyranosyl (1 6) ) -D glucopyranosideyapıları 1D- 2D-NMR (1H, 13bile ikleri izole edilmi ve C, HMBC,HMQC, COSY) kullanılarak aydınlatılmı tır
