Özet
Araştırmada öncelikle resmi ve özel özel eğitim kurumlarında bilgisayarkullanılan ortamlar ile bilgisayar destekli eğitime yönelik donanım ve yazılımimkanlarına bakılmıştır.Farklı engel türlerinde çalışan özel eğitim meslek elemanlarının özel eğitimdebilgisayar destekli eğitime yönelik görüşlerinin tespit edilmesi gereğinden hareketle, buaraştırmada ?zihinsel engelli?, ?işitme engelli?, ?görme engelli?, spastik engelli?,?otistik engelli? çocuklarla çalışan özel eğitim meslek elemanlarının görüşleribelirlenmiştir. Özel eğitim meslek elemanlarının özel eğitimde bilgisayar destekli eğitimeyönelik görüşleri ile Bilgisayar Tutum Ölçeği'nden almış oldukları puanların engeltürüne göre farklılaşma durumu sorgulanmıştır. Ayrıca özel eğitim meslekelemanlarının demografik özelliklerine göre bilgisayar tutumları incelenmiştir.Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde frekans ve yüzde hesaplamaları ile tek yönlüvaryans analizi, LSD testi ve ilişkisiz grup t-Testi istatistik tekniklerindenyararlanılmıştır.Araştırmanın sonucunda, özel eğitim kurumlarında yeterli bilgisayarbulunmakla özel eğitimde bilgisayar destekli eğitime yönelik donanım ve yazılımimkanlarının bulunmadığı görülmüştür.Özel eğitimde bilgisayar destekli eğitim uygulamalarının öğrencilerin başarısınıartıracağı yönünde, görme, işitme ve spastik engel grubunda çalışan özel eğitim meslekelemanlarının zihinsel ve otistik engel grubundaki özel eğitim meslek elemanlarındandaha olumlu görüşe sahip oldukları görülmüştür.Tüm engel gruplarında çalışan özel eğitim meslek elemanlarınca bilgisayardestekli eğitim uygulamalarının özel eğitim hizmetlerine dinamizm getireceği görüşüpaylaşılmaktadır.

The rapid development in educational technology provided various alternativesto teach students. The most important fact is the one that computer based educationapplications which are used for education of the individuals who need special education,are increasing day by day. In Special Education Institutions, classrooms of computertechnology are prepared and the software is provided for them by National EducationMinistry.At first, environments where computers are used and their opportunities forsoftware and hardware about Computer Assisted Education in public and privatespecial education institutions are investigated in this study.Considering necessity of determining the thoughts of various profession membersof special education about ?Computer Assisted Education in Special Education?, in thisstudy, the thoughts of profession members of special education who work with?mentally handicapped?, ?auditory handicapped?, ?visually handicapped?, ?spastic?and ?autistic? children are investigated.The thoughts of profession members of special education about computerassisted education are determined and this study also examined attitutes of these peopleaccording to various independent variables such as gender, age, tenure, e.t.c.Data were analyzed with such statistical tecniques as;⢠Frequency and percentage calculations⢠One Way Anova Analyze⢠Independent Groups t-tests⢠LSD TestsOur study determined that although institutions of special educations haveenough number of computer, their hardware and software opportunities areinsufficient.According to results, the profession members of special education who work with?auditory handicapped?, ?visually handicapped? and ?spastic handicapped childrenhave more positive opinion about the idea that computer assisted education applicationsincreases students? success, than the members who work with ?mentally handicapped?and autistic children.Also all the members have the same idea on the item that computer assisted educationapplications will develop special education services.
