Özet

ÖZET Bu araştırmada üç farklı sentrik kontak tipi ve dört farklı yapıda, sonlu elemanlar stres analiz yöntemi ile bilgisayarda SAP IV modifikasyon 90 programı kullanılarak stres analizi yapıldı. Ele alınan üç farklı sentrik kontak tipi; tüberkül tepesi fossa kontak, tripod kontak, yüzey yüzeye kontak tipleridir. Farklı sentrik kontak tiplerinde analizi yapılan dört farklı yapı ise; doğal diş yapısı ve periodonsium, porselen ile restore edilmiş diş ve periodonsium, cr-co ile restore edilmiş diş ve periodonsium, altın ile restore edilmiş diş ve periodonsiumdur. Sentrik oklüzyon konumunda, fonksiyonel kuvvetler karşısında ele alınan oniki durum için; deplasmanlar, gerilim yönleri ve yoğunlukları karşılaştırılmalı olarak incelendi. Sonuçta materyal seçiminin, araştırma konumuzda sentrik kontak tipinin farklılığı kadar önemli olmadığı gözlendi. Sentrik kontak tipinin seçimi tüm yapıları farklı şekilde etkiledi, ancak materyal seçimi kendi iç yapısı ve 165dentin bölgesinde farklı sonuçlara neden oldu. Farklı sentrik kontak tiplerinin, fonksiyonel kuvvetler karşısında diş ve periodonsiumda oluşan deplasman, gerilim tip ve yoğunlukların ortaya çıkışında etkili olduğu, ayrıca tripod sentrik kontak tipinin olumlu yönde farklılığı bel irlendi. 166

SUMMARY INVESTIGATION OF FUNCTIONAL STRESS IN DIFFERENT TYPES OF CENTRIC CONTACT IN NATURAL AND PROTHETICALLY RESTORED TEETH BY USING STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS PROGRAM In this study, finite element stress analysis method for three different types of centric contact and for four different structures was performed by using SAP IV modification 90 program. The three different types of centric contact included in the present study are : Top cuspidal fossa contact, tripod contact and surface to surface contact. The four different structures analysed in terms of different types of centric contact are: natural tooth and periodontium, porcelain restored tooth and periodontium, cr-co restored tooth and periodontium, and gold restored tooth and periodontium. Displacements, stress directions and densities were comparatively investigated in a total of twelve different situations in centric occlusion which were evaluated in terms of functional forces. In conclusion, it was observed that material 167choice was not as important as the difference in centric contact type in this study. Type of centric contact affected each dental structure differently, however different materials created different results both in dentin and the material's own nature. Different types of centric contact influenced the occurence of displacement, and stress types and densities against functional forces in tooth and periodontium. Additionally, it was observed that tripod centric contact was favorable. 168
