Özet

Türkiye'de spor eğitimi veren yüksek eğitim kurumları çok farklı bir yapı göstermektedir. Özellikle bugün sayıları 66 olmus olan Beden Eğitimi Spor Yüksekokulları ve Beden Eğitimi ve Spor Bölümü (ÖSYM, 2007 verilerine göre) hem gerekli alt yapı hem de konusunda yetismis öğretim elemanı bakımından çok farklılıklara sahiptir. Bazıları sadece bir binadan ibaretken bazıları Avrupa ülkeleri standartlarını yakalamıslardır. Okulun alt yapı sekli, bu kurumu kullanan öğrenci ve öğretim elemanlarını olumlu ve olumsuz sekilde etkilemektedir. Bu etkileri tespit etmek ve sonuçlara göre önerilerde bulunmak bu çalısmanın amacını olusturmaktadır. Bu çalısmanın amacı, Türkiye'deki spor adamı ve spor eğitimcilerinin yetistirilmesinden sorumlu olan Beden Eğitimi ve Spor Yüksekokullarının öğrenci ve çalısanlarının memnuniyet derecelerinin saptanması ile bu kurumların yeterliliklerinin tespitidir. Arastırma evreni, Ülkemizdeki Beden Eğitimi Spor Yüksekokullarında görev yapan yaklasık 1025 öğretim elemanı ile bu kurumlarda eğitimlerini sürdüren yaklasık 22455 öğrenciden olusmaktadır. Çalısma grubu; tesadüfî örneklem metodu ile seçilen 8 farklı ildeki ( Ankara-?zmir-Adana-Konya-Manisa- Balıkesir-Elazığ ve Kırıkkale) Beden Eğitimi Spor Yüksekokullarından toplam 10 yüksek öğretim kurumu ve bu kurumlarda görev yapan toplam 100 öğretim elemanı ile bu kurumlarda okuyan 141 birinci ve 126 dördüncü sınıf öğrencileridir. Verilerin elde edilmesinde geçerlilik-güvenirlilik çalısmaları yapılmıs (Çalısan Memnuniyeti X = ,9969 ,Öğrenci Memnuniyeti 1.sınıf X = ,9981, 4.sınıf X = ,9980) toplamda 14 bölümden ve 45 sorudan olusan öğrenci memnuniyeti anketi ile toplamda 40 sorudan olusan Çalısan memnuniyeti anketinden yararlanılmıstır. Sonuçta; arastırmaya katılan öğretim elemanları, çalıstıkları kurumu genel olarak benimsediklerini ancak bazı yönetimsel ve hukuksal eksikliklerin olduğunu belirtmislerdir. Kendilerine ödenen ücretin yetersiz olduğu ve kurumlarında objektif olmayan bazı performans değerlendirmelerin olduğunu belirtmislerdir. Ayrıca kurumlarında kendilerini gelistirmek için gerekli hizmet içi faaliyetlerinin yapılmadığı ve panel-sempozyum gibi etkinliklere katılmaları için tesvik edilmedikleri saptanmıstır. Ayrıca sosyal haklarının ve çalısma ortamlarının yeterli donanımda olmadığı da en önemli sorunların basında gelmektedir. Kurumlarında çalısmaktan memnun olan çalısanlar ise kendilerine verilen yetki ve sorumluluklardan memnun olduklarını belirtmislerdir. Öğrenci gruplarında ise birinci sınıf öğrencileri daha çok tesis ve ders-araç gereç konusunda sıkıntı yasadıklarını, okul idaresi ve öğretim elemanları ile yeterince diyalog kuramadıkları konusunda görüs bildirmislerdir. Dördüncü sınıf öğrencileri ise okulda yeterince sosyal-kültürel ve sportif faaliyet yapılmadığını vurgulamıslardır.

The academies which is given sports education in Turkey shows a very different construction. Especially High School of Physical Education and Sport which?s number are today 66 have so much variations abouth necessary substructure and also abouth the lecturers who have reached in their subjects. Some of them has only been consist of a bulding but some others has caught the European countries standarts.The sub-structure of the school affects the students and instructors who uses this institution both in the positive and negative way.To prove thi effects and to give suggestions according to the results form the aim of this study. The aim of his study is to fix the pleause ratings of physical education and sports high schools which are responsible for the education of sportmen and sports trainers in Turkey students and workers and to prove this institution?s adequacy. This research is formet by sports high schools in our conutry, nearly 1025 instructors who work in this institutions and nearly 22455 students who has been attending this institutions .The study group consists of 10 sport high school from eight different countries. Which are choosen by coincidental samplig method and instructors who work in this institutions and the first and fourth grade students who attend this institutions. While getting the results the validity and trustworthiness studies has been done (Total Quality Management X = ,9969, Satisfaction of The Employee, Satisfaction of The Students for first class X = ,9981 and for fourth class X = ,9980) and students pleasure questonnaire which consists of 14 parts and 45 questions and worker?s pleasure questonnaire which consists of 40 questions are used. Eventually, the lecturers who joined the research explained that they have appropriated the institution which they work. However they added that there were some managerialand legal shortages.They have communicated that the salary which was paid them was not enough and there were some performance evaluations which aren?t objective in thir institutions. Also they have communicated that their institutions didn?t make the necessary inservice organizations and they didn?t encourage for joining this kind of discussionsymposium. Their social rights and work surroundings aren?t enough for them so this is the most important problem.The workers who are happy of working in these institutions explained that they were happy of the authorities and responsibilities which are given themselves. In the student groups first class students they had difficulties mostl in facilities and lesson tolls and they added that they didn?t have enought dialog with school management and lectures. The 4th class students have mostly explanined their own opinions and they added that there aren?t enough social-culturel and sportive organizations at school.
