Özet
Artan rekabet kosullari kuruluslari her alanda risklerini kontrole etmeye zorlamaktadir. Kaliteli ürün ya da hizmeti sunabilmenin yaninda, çevreye, topluma ve çalistirdigi insan toplulugunun saglik ve güvenligine duyarli bir sekilde varligini sürdüren firmalar, imajlarina yatirim yaparak bu rekabette öne geçmektedirler. Kalite, çevre ve is sagligi güvenligi yönetim sistemlerini uygulamak firmalarin her üç alanda basarili bir kontrol saglamasina yardimci olmaktadir. Farkli yönetim sistemlerini ayni anda uygulamak ise kuruluslarda bir takim yönetsel zorluklara sebep olabilmektedir. Bu nedenle sistemleri gerekli noktalarda entegre ederek uygulama gerekliligi dogmustur. Entegrasyon sistemlerin yürütülmesinde firmalara bütünsel bir bakis açisi saglamaktadir. Bu çalismada Entegre Kalite Çevre ve Is Sagligi Güvenligi Yönetim Sistemleri uygulamalari bir insaat firmasi örnegi ile incelemistir. Kalite, Çevre ve Is Sagligi Güvenligi Yönetim Sistemleri uygulamanin ve bu sistemleri entegre etmenin faydalari farkli kuruluslarda yapilan bir arastirma ile ortaya koyulmustur.

Rising competitive conditions make the control necessary to control companies? risks in every area. Producing a qualitative product or giving a quality service is not enough for the companies, besides they should give respect to natural environment, the society and obtain a safe and healthy work environment for their workers. By this way, companies can improve their prestige in the sector. Applying quality, environment, occupational health and safety management systems is the best way to have a control in those three different management areas. However application of different management systems in the company at the same time may create administrational problems. Therefore integrating different management systems in necessary points became as a solution. Integration gives the opportunity of having an entire way of look to all management systems, to the firm. In this research, integrated quality, environment, occupational health and safety management systems are investigated with a construction firm example. Moreover, the advantages of having quality, environment, occupational health and safety management systems and especially integrating them are determined with a research, which includes different companies.
