Özet
Bu çalısmanın amacı, Türkiye'de ki muhasebe sistemi uygulama genel tebligi (MSUGT) tek düzen hesap planına yapısal, sistemsel, yöntemsel, kuramsal, hesapsal açıdan elestirel bakmak ve Uluslar arası Finansal Raporlama Standartlarına (IFRS) uygunlugunu incelemektir. Dünyada ki gelismelere parelel olarak çogu bilimsel sistemin oldugu gibi muhasebe sistemi de degisime ugramaktadır, ya da en azından kosullar bu dönüsümü dayatmaktadır. Dünyada ki gelismelere karsı, muhasebe sistemlerinin birer parçası olan hesap planları da bu gelismelere uyum saglayacak bir yapıya kavusmalıdır. Çalısma, bir anlamda, Türkiye'deki MSUGT tek düzen hesap planının bu amaca uygunlugunu incelemektedir.

The purpose of this study is to handle and criticize the uniform accounting plan suggested in the general declaration of Turkish accounting systems from a systemtic, methodological and conceptual perspective, and to evaluate its convenience to the international financial reporting standarts (IFRS). As similar to most scientific systems, the accounting system is also subject to changes as parallel to the recent developments all over the world. At least, these developments force accounting systems to change. As a natural result of the world-wide developments the account plans as a part of accounting systems should also be reshaped so as to adopt to these developments. This thesis analyses whether or not Turkish uniform accounts plan really conforms to this purpose.
