Özet

ÖZET Bilgisayar kullanılan bir imalât işletmesinde sorumluluk muhase besi ve raporlama sisteminin kurularak işletilmesini amaçlayan bu ça lışma dört bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde sorumluluk muhasebesi sistemiyle ilgili genel bilgiler alınarak, sorumluluk muhasebesi konusunda ön bilgi oluşturul maya çalışılmıştır. İkinci bölümde sorumluluk muhasebesiyle yakından ilişkili olan yönetim raporlama sistemi kavramı, sorumluluk raporlamasının önemi, rapor içeriğinin saptanması, sorumluluk raporlamasının genel ilkeleri ve sorumluluk raporlarının düzenlenmesi konuları ele alınmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde sorumluluk muhasebesi ve bilgisayar destekli ra porlama sisteminin kurulması ve işletilmesi için gerekli koşullar ince lenmiştir. Sistem geliştirme, sistemin kurulması için temel özellikler üretim sürecinde bilgisayar kullanımı, bilgisayar donanım ve yazılımı nın seçimi, yarar-maliyet çözümlemesi, bütçe sorumluluk muhasebesi ve raporlama sistemleri ilişkisi, sorumluluk raporlarının çözümlenmesi ve kullanımı muhasebe sistemi ve denetim konuları ele alınmıştır. Dördüncü ve son bölümde ise diğer bölümdeki teorik bilgilerden yararlanılarak yapılan bir uygulama yer almaktadır..

ABSTRACT This study which is about establishing and operating the respon sibility accounting and reporting system in a production company, consist of introduction, following three parts and results. In the introduction part the importance of the subject in today's business environment is discussed. In the first part general concepts about the responsibility accounting are introduced to a give pre-know- ledge about the responsibility accounting. Second part included the concepts, such as management reporting system, the importance of responability reporting, the content of the report, general reports principles of responsibility accounting and preparation of the responsibility reports. The third part covers the required procedures to establish and operate a responsibility accounting and computer supported reporting system. These included the system development, basic characteristics of system establishment, the use of computer in production process, selection of hardware and soft, ware benefit cost analysis, budgeting the relatilon of responsibility accounting and reporting systems, the analysis and use of responsibility reports and accounting system and auditing. In this part also and application of theoric knowledges in a production company took place. In the result part, a summary of the study and some suggestions are made.
