Özet
Last decades the globalization aims and the liberalization movements of countries make some differences on the companies that faciliated in air transportation sector. Liberalization effects air transportation sector and companies are trying to answer the costumer expectations via an easy and fastly transportation systems. Therefore, the air transportation companies make changes to adopt the higly competation due to the liberalization and the new economic system depends on the globalization. The air transportation companies are renovating their own dynamics and hoping to be a partner in market share racings. In which companies, determine the differences and varieties in global meaning logicaly and right and also make new company prosedures internaly and externaly, will be the winner of this race. In this study, it's trying to examine that the changes of the air transportation system and its effect on to air transportation companies and also the new management technics that appears in airlines especially working on Total Quality Management.
