Özet
Hanefî mezhebinde haber-i vâhidin değeri konusunda önemli bir yere sahip olan manevî inkıtâ kavramının doğuşu, gelişimi ve bu zaman dilimi içerisinde (şayet var ise) manevî inkıtâ algısı hakkındaki değişimleri, söz konusu kavramın ortaya çıktığı ilk Hanefî usûl eserinden memzûç eserler dönemine kadarki süreci izleyerek tespit etmeye çalışmak tezin hedefini teşkil etmektedir. Diğer ilim dallarında da görüldüğü üzere, bir konunun tarihin her döneminde ilgili çevrelerde aynı yoğunlukla tartışılmadığı, bilakis bazı dönemlerde oldukça etraflı bir şekilde ele alınan bir meselenin başka bir zamanda önem ve değerinin azaldığı bir gerçektir. Bu açıdan manevî inkıtâ kavramı hakkında hazırlanması düşünülen bu tezin öncelikli sorusu, Hanefî mezhebinin teşekkül sürecinde mezhebin haber anlayışının tekâmülünü gösterecek şekilde ayrıntılı bir biçimde işlenen manevî inkıtâ kavramı ile hedeflenenin ne olduğunu ve manevî inkıtâ adı verilen durumları Hanefî usûl âlimlerinin nasıl değerlendirdiklerini ortaya koymaya çalışmak olacaktır.
Özet (Çeviri)
The main aim of my thesis is to scrutinize the process where the concept of `manevi inkita?, an important phenomenon in Hanefi sect to understand the importance of Haber-i vahid, has been sounded for the first time up until to the period of `memzuc? manuscripts. Also, I wan to look at, if possible, how this concept evolves and be conceived in different forms. As can be seen in other scientific traditions, one concept may be discussed at an intensive level compared to past or succeeding times, that is to say the meaning attributed to concept may change in time. From this perspective, the primary goal of the thesis which shall be based on the concept of Manevi Inkita is to figure out what was aimed by the detailed questioning of manevi inkita which might have showed the early development of the understanding of haber in Hanefi sect. Then, it would be aimed to show how Hanefi usul alims interpreted manevi inkita cases.
