Özet
Sürekli gelisen teknolojiyle birlikte egitim programlarının da degismesi kaçınılmaz olmustur. Bu alanda birçok yaklasımlar göze çarpmaktadır. Egitim programlarında kullanılan yapılandırmacı yaklasım modeli ise ülkemizde henüz çok yenidir. lkögretim okullarında uygulanan eski program egitim alanında ortaya çıkan ihtiyaçlara ve çagın gereklerine cevap verememektedir. Eski program bilgi aktarmaya yönelik olarak uygulanmıstır. Bu durum ögrencileri ezbercilige itmistir. Bu nedenle Milli Egitim Bakanlıgı 2005 yılından itibaren Yapılandırmacı yaklasıma göre hazırlanan egitim programını yürürlüge koymustur. Amaç yapılandırmacı yaklasımın ilkeleri dogrultusunda ögrenci yetistirmektir. Yapılandırmacı yaklasımda ilke; ögrencinin bilgiyi ezberlemesinden çok önceki bilgilerini de kullanarak bilgiye ulasmasını saglamaktır. Elestirel ve analitik düsünebilme, dogru karar verebilme ve problem çözebilme gibi verilerin kazanılması için ögrenci bilgiyi kendisi sentezlemelidir. Mevcut bilgilerini nasıl kullanabilecegini bilmesi gerekmektedir. Bu çalısma uygulanan mevcut programa iliskin ögretmen görüslerini almak için hazırlanmıstır.

It has been necessary for the education curriculums to be continuously changing technologies. There are many approaches in this area. The constructive approach used and organized in the curriculums in our country is still very new. The curriculum used before hadn?t solved the educational problems and it was necessary to change it. The prier- curriculum (the old programme) had organized and used to transmit the cognitive information. This situation had directed the students to memorize the cognitive information. For that reason the Education Ministry has put the new teaching programme prepared according to the constructive approach into affect since 2005. The main aim here is to educate the students according to the rules of the constructive approach. The aim of the constructive approach; is to make the students have the information by using the knowledge learned before more than memorizing. The students must synthesis the knowledge by themselves to have the abilities such as critical and analytic thinking ability thorough making decision and problem solving. It is necessary for the students show to use the learned information. This study has prepared and organized to find out the teachers? point of views about the present curriculum.
