Özet
Çalışmada eğitim politikalarının belirlenmesi ve uygulanması sürecinde, devleti yönetenlerin ideolojik tutumları üzerinde durulmuştur. Bu tutumların değerlendirilmesi için ideoloji, söylem, devlet, yeniden üretim gibi kavramlarla, bunların eğitime olan etkileri teorik olarak ele alınmıştır. Söz konusu teorik temellendirmeler çerçevesinde Türkiye'de tek parti dönemi olarak değerlendirilen, 1923-1946 yılları arasında uygulanan eğitim politikalarının devleti yönetenlerin ideolojik referanslarıyla olan yakın ilişkisi açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır.

In this study, the ideological attitudes of the state governors are analysed in terms of the determination and implementation of education policies. In order to evaluate these attitudes the concepts such as ideology, discourse, state, reproduction and their influnces on education are theoretical taken into consideration. On the basis of such theoretical framework, the close connections of the implementation of educational policies between 1923 and 1946 in Turkey with the ideological references of the state govenors are tried to be explanied.
