Özet
Bu arastırmanın genel amacı, ilkögretim okullarında görev yapan egitim yöneticilerinin bilgisayar destekli egitim hakkındaki görüslerinin belirlenmesidir. Arastırmada, ilkögretim okulu egitim yöneticilerinin, bilgisayar destekli egitim ile ilgili olarak yapılması gerekenlere yönelik beklentileri ile bilgisayar destekli egitimin islevine yönelik olarak gelecege iliskin beklentilerinin tespit edilmesi amaçlanmıstır. Bu amaçla ilkögretim okullarında görev yapan egitim yöneticilerinin görüslerine basvurulmustur. Arastırma, genel tarama modeli esas alınarak yapılmıstır. Arastırmanın evrenini stanbul ili, Fatih ilçesine ait 49 resmi ilkögretim okulunun müdür, müdür basyardımcısı ve müdür yardımcıları olusturmaktadır. Arastırmada evrenin tamamına ulasıldıgından tamsayım yapılmıs olup örneklem alınmamıstır. Çalısma evreni içerisinde 49 müdür 12 müdür basyardımcısı, 74 müdür yardımcısı yer almaktadır. Veri toplama aracı olarak, Gürol (1990) tarafından hazırlanılan anketten faydalanılarak yeni bir anket gelistirilmistir. Daha sonra anketin güvenilirlik islemleri yapılmıstır. Anketin birinci bölümünde yöneticilerin kisisel bilgilerini, ikinci bölümde yöneticilerin BDE ile ilgili olarak yapılması gerekenlere yönelik beklentilerini, üçüncü bölümde ise yöneticilerin BDE'nin islevine yönelik olarak gelecege iliskin beklentilerini tespit etmeye yönelik maddeler bulunmaktadır. Arastırmada elde edilen veriler elektronik ortama aktarılarak SPSS 11.5 istatistik paket programında çözümlenmistir. Verilerin çözümlenmesinde ise standart sapma, frekans, yüzde ve aritmetik ortalamalardan yararlanılmıstır. Cinsiyet, kıdem, ve görev degiskenlerine göre farklılıkları tespit etmek amacıyla T testi, varyans analizi ve Post- Hoc Tukey testi yapılmıstır. Arastırmanın sonucunda, yöneticiler, BDE ile ilgili yapılması gerekenlere yönelik olarak beklentilere ve BDE'nin islevine yönelik olarak gelecege iliskin beklentilere katıldıklarını ifade etmislerdir. Yöneticilerin BDE ile ilgili olarak yapılması gerekenlere yönelik olarak beklentileri arasında, kisisel degiskenlerden cinsiyet, kıdem ve göreve göre anlamlı farklılık bulunmamıstır. BDE'nin islevine yönelik olarak gelecege iliskin genel beklentilere erkek yöneticilerin kadın yöneticilere göre daha çok katıldıkları ortaya çıkmıstır. Bununla beraber kıdem ve göreve göre beklentileri arasında anlamlı farklılık bulunmamıstır.

The general aim of this study is to find out opinions of the elementary school administrators about computer supported education. In the study, It?s aimed to determine the expectations of elementary school administrators about the things that must to be done for computer supported education and the expectations about the functions of computer supported education related to the future. For this purpose, opinions of elementary school administrators have been applied. The research was carried out according to general scanning model. The population of the study consists of principals, head principal assistants, assistants who work in 49 public elementary schools in Fatih district in Istanbul. In the study, as the whole population was reached completely, a sample group wasn?t selected. Data for the study was collected with the help of the questionnaire prepared by Gürol (1990). But, the questionnaire was changed by the researcher then was tested for reliability. The first part of the questionnaire asks for personal information of the administrators. In the second part of the questionnaire there are items about the expectations of elementary school administrators about the things that must to be done about computer supported education In the third part of the questionnaire there are items about the functions of computer supported education related to the future. To analyze data, Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS,11.5) was used. Standard deviation, frequency, percentage and mean scores were calculated to analyze the data. To determine the differences according to gender, seniority and duty variables, t-test, one-way-ANOVA and post Hoc Tukey tests were used. According to results of the study, administrators expressed that they agree with the expectations about the things that must to be done for computer supported education and the expectations about the functions of computer supported education related to future. In terms of gender, seniority and duty, a significant difference wasn?t found between the Administrator?s expectations about the things that must to be done for computer supported education. Male administrators agreed with the expectations about the functions of computer supported education related to future more than female administrators. However, a significant difference wasn?t found according to seniority and duty.
