Özet

Araştırmanın amacı, mikro-yansıtıcı öğretim yönteminin öğretmen adaylarının sunu performansı ve yansıtıcı düşünmesine etkisini belirlemektir. Araştırmada deneysel yöntem kullanılmıştır. Araştırma, ?öntest- sontest kontrol gruplu? model olarak yürütülmüştür. Deney grubuna mikro-yansıtıcı öğretime dayalı bir ders programı uygulanmış ve bu ders planı dâhilinde bir öğretim yapılmıştır. Kontrol grubuna ise mikro-yansıtıcı öğretim bir yöntem olarak anlatılmıştır. Bu grupta, bu öğretim yöntemine ilişkin genel bilgiler verilmiş olup, geleneksel öğretim devam etmiştir. Diğer taraftan nitel yöntem içerisinde doküman incelemesi ile günlükler yorumlanmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma alanı, 2006- 2007 öğretim yılı bahar dönemi içerisinde Fırat Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesi ikinci sınıf Türkçe Öğretmenliği bölümünde eğitim gören ve Öğretimde Planlama ve Değerlendirme dersini alan öğrencilerden oluşmuştur. Gruplar, kümeleme analizinden (Cluster Analysis) elde edilen 33 deney ve 33 kontrol grubu öğrencilerden oluşmuştur. Araştırma verileri, araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen sunu performans ölçeği, yansıtıcı düşünme ölçeği ve yansıtıcı günlükler yardımıyla toplanmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen bazı bulgular şunlardır; Deney ile kontrol grubunun son test yansıtıcı düşünme puanları arasında anlamlı bir fark vardır. Bir başka deyişle, mikro-yansıtıcı öğretim lehine bir sonuç bulunmuştur. Ayrıca, grupların direnç testi yansıtıcı düşünme puanları arasında deney grubu lehine istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir fark vardır.Araştırmanın sonucunda mikro-yansıtıcı öğretim yönteminin öğretmen yetiştirmede kullanılabileceği ortaya çıkmıştır. Öğretim personelinin bu konuya eğilmeleri ve çeşitli teorik ve uygulamalı seminerlerle buna destek vermeleri yerinde bir karar olur. Bu tip çalışmaların öğretmen yetiştirme programlarına ışık tutacağı düşünülmektedir.

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of micro-reflective teaching method in accordance with the presentation performance and reflective thinking activities of student-teachers. In the research, the experimental method was used. The research was done as a pre-test- post-test control group model. For the experimental group, a syllabus concerning micro-reflective teaching activities was applied and the instruction was given parallel to this lesson plan. For the control group, micro-reflective teaching method had just given as a theoretical method in the class. In this group, general information about this teaching method was given and the traditional teaching method had gone on. On the other hand, through the documentary research, diaries (daily notes) had been interpreted by simple content analysis.The field of the research is consisted of the second grade students of the Turkish Teaching department who take the course of ? The Planning and Evaluation In Instruction? at the Faculty of Education at Fırat University in the Spring Semester, 2006- 2007. The groups are taken via Cluster Analysis as 33 for the experimental group and 33 for the control group. The data of the research had been collected by the help of reflective diaries (daily notes), the measure of reflective thinking and the measure of presentation performance which were developed by the researcher.Some findings of the research are as follows;There is a meaningful difference between the post-test reflective thinking scores of the experimental and the control groups. In other words, a result in favour of micro-teaching method was found. There is a meaningful difference between the resistant test reflective thinking scores of the experimental and the control groups.At the end of the research, it is clear that micro-reflective teaching method can be used in teacher education and training programmes. If academic staff practise on this method within theoretical and practical seminars and works, it will certainly be helpful. These kinds of works are thought to be a light for the education of student-teachers.
