Özet

iv ÖZET 2-(sübstitüe)-oksazolo 4,5~b piridin türevlerinin nitro- benzen ve asetonitril içindeki pKa lan tayin edilmiştir. Nitrobenzenle yapılan çalışmada titre edici olarak nitroben- zende hazırlanmış susuz perki orik asit kullanılmış tır 0 Bu şekilde ya pılan potansiyometrik titrasyondan titrasyon eğrileri çizilmiş, bu eğrilerden yarı nötralizasyon potansiyelleri, yarı nötralizasyon potansiyellerinden de nitrobenzendeki asitlik sıralaması 2-(4-aminofenil)-, <^ 2-(4-metoksif enil)-, <^ 2~(4-etoksif enil)-, <^2-(4-etilfenil)-, / 2-(4-klorof enil)-, <^ 2-(4-bromofenil)-, / 2-(4-t-butilfenil)-,./2-(4-metilfenil)- oksazolo 4»5-bj piridin şeklinde olduğu görülmüş tür " Asetonitril ile yapılan çalışmada titre edici olarak dioksan- da hazırlanmış susuz perklorik asit kullanılmış tır. Potansiyometrik titrasyon eğrilerinden hesaplanan değerlerden asitlik sıralaması şöyle çıkmıştır. 2-(4-aminofenil)~, <f 2-(4-metoksif enil)-, <^ 2~(4-metilfenil)-, / 2-(4-bromofenil)-, <^2-(4-nitrof enil)-, <^2-(4-etoksif enil)-, / 2-(4-klorofenil)-, / 2-(4~etilf enil)-, /2-(4-t-bÜtilf enil)roksazolo 4,5-b piridin şeklindedir, r n Bu sonuçlardan asetonitril.. 2-(sübstitüe)-oksazolo 4,5-b piridin türevlerinin asitliğinin tayini için uygun olmadığı, fakat miktar tayini için uygun, sonuçlar verdiği sonucuna varılmıştır.

Özet (Çeviri)

SUMMARY The acidity constants (i.e.pKa values) of some 2-substituted oxazolo 4,5-b pyridine derivatires in nitrobenzene and aceto- nitrile were determined. The unhydrous perchloric acid which had prepared in nitroben- zene. was used as the titrant in the measurements which were done in nitrobenzene as solvent. Titration curves were drawn using the data optainetL from potantiometric titrations. 'Prom those curves the half neutralization potantials and from half neutralization potantials the acidis strengths in nitrobenzene was found asy follows; 2- (4- aminophenyl) - <^ 2-(4~methoxyphenyl)- <Q 2-(4-etoxyphenyl) - <^2-(4-iethylpheayl)~ <^ 2-(4-chlorophenyl)- /" 2-(4-bromophenyl)~ / 2-{4-t-butylphenyl)- <^2-(4-methylphenyl) -oxazolo !4,5-b-;- pyridine. L. -J When the unhydrous perchlorie acid which had prepared in dioxane was used as -.the titrant, the acidic strengths of the studied compounds were found as follows; 2-(4~amin.ophenyl)~ <f2-(4-methoxyphenyl) - < 2-(4-methylphenyl)~ / 2-(4-Dromaphenyl;- / 2-(4-ni.trophenyi;- <^ 2-(4-ethoxyphenyl)- / 2-(4-chlorophenyl)- <^2-(4-ethylphenyl)- / 2-(4-t-butylphenyl) -oxazolo 4,5-b pyridine;, Ehesa results indicate that asetonitrila is not suitable to. determine, the* acidic strengths, of 2-substituated oxazolo 4,5-h pyridine;' deri3ratiyes.lt is good however -ta determine the amount of those -derivatives quantitatively.
