Özet
Bu çalışma 6 bölümden oluşmaktadır.Birinci bölümde, tezin içeriği ile ilgili giriş yapıldı.İkinci bölümde, eğriler hakkında temel tanımlar ve teoremler verildi.Üçüncü bölümde, eğrilikler hakkında tanımlar ve teoremler ifade ve ispat edildi.Dördüncü bölümde, Bertrand Eğrileri hakkında temel tanımlar ve teoremler ifade ve ispat edildi.Beşinci bölümde, offset eğrileri ve yüzeyler hakkında tanımlar, teoremler ifade ve ispat edildi.Altıncı bölümde ise, genel olarak tam offset eğrileri, değişken yarı çaplı offset eğrileri ve sabit yarı çaplı offset eğrileri ifade edildi. Ayrıca, gerekli teoremler ispatlandı.

This study has six chapter.In the first chapter, the introduction about content of the thesis is made.In the second chapter, it is given the bacis definitions and theorems about curves.In the third chapter, it is expressed and proved about the definitions and theorems of curvatures.In the fourth chapter, it is given the basic definitions and theorems about Bertrand Curves.In the fifth chapter, it is expressed and proved about the definitions and theorems of Offset Curves and surfaces.In the sixth chapter, it is generally expressed the Exact Offset Curves, Constant Radius Offset Curves and Variable Radius Offset Curves. Also, it is made generatizations and the required theorems are proved.
