Özet
21.yüzyıl, hızlı değisimlerin yasandığı ve her geçen gün bilgi birikiminin yoğunlasarak arttığı bilisim çağdır. Toplumumuzun bilisim çağına ayak uydurabilmesi; yetisecek olan nesillerin çağa uygun kosullarda yetistirilmesi ile mümkün olacaktır. Bu nedenledir ki; eğitim sistemimizde birtakım değisiklikler gerçeklestirilmistir ve gerçeklestirilmeye devam edecektir. Türk eğitim sisteminde son yıllarda uygulamaya koyulan büyük değisimlerden biri de bazı yabancı dil ağırlıklı liselerin Anadolu Liselerine dönüstürülmesidir. Bu çalısma, liselerin Anadolu Lisesi olma yolunda geçirdikleri değisim sürecine yönelik yapılan arastırmayı kapsamaktadır. Çalısmanın literatür bölümünde örgüt ve eğitim örgütü, eğitimde örgütsel değisim ve değisimin temel ilkeleri, değisim süreci ve değisimi yönetme, değisimin önemi ile yöneticilerin dönüstürücü liderlik rolleri ve Türk eğitim sistemi ve değisime ilisin ayrıntılı bilgi paylasılmıstır. Çalısma, bes bölüm halinde ele alınmıstır. Birinci bölümde arastırmanın problem durumu, önemi, sayıtlıları, sınırlılıkları ile tanımlara; ikinci bölümde konu ile ilgili kavramlara; üçüncü bölümde arastırmanın yöntem ve modeli, evren, örneklem ve verilerin toplanmasıyla ilgili bilgilere; dördüncü bölümde arastırma sonucunda edinilen bulgulara ve besinci bölümde de sonuç, tartısma ve önerilere yer verilmistir. Yapılan çalısmada, liselerin Anadolu lisesine dönüsme sürecinde, öğretmenlerin algılarına göre, okulların değisim kültürlerini ve yöneticilerin değisime liderlik edebilme; değisimi yönetebilme yeterliliklerini ortaya koymak amaçlanmıstır. Çalısma, ?stanbul genelinde, içinde bulunduğumuz eğitim-öğretim yılında Anadolu Lisesine dönüsmüs orta öğretim kurumlarında çalısan 300 öğretmen üzerinde yapılmıs ve arastırmanın yürütülmesinde tarama modeli kullanılmıstır. Arastırmada; parametrik ve non-parametrik analiz teknikleri SPSS istatistik programında uygulanmıs ve manidarlıkları 0.05 düzeyinde sınanmıs ve yorumlanmaya çalısılmıstır.

The 21st century is an age in which quick changes happens and the knowledge grows bigger and bigger. The prerequisite for our society to keep up with this information age is the education of the new generation in the reasonable ways to the new era. This is the reason of the changes in our education system today and in the future. The biggest change which was put into practice in last few years in the Turkish education system is the transformation of foreign language based high schools into Anatolian High Schools. This study comprises the change process of these high schools along the way of being an Anatolian High School. A detailed study has been made in the literature section about organization and educational organization, organizational change in education and the basic principles of change, the change process and managing change, the importance of change and the transformational leadership roles of the managers, Turkish educational system and change. The study consists of five sections. In the first section, the problem, importance, assumptions, limitations and the definitions of the study are discussed. In the second section, the concepts about the topic are described. In the third section, the method and the pattern of the research, the samples and the collection of the data are described. In the fourth section, the findings of the research are given. In the fifth and final section of the study, the results are given and discussions and suggestions have been made. The aim of the study is to demonstrate, the changing cultures of the schools and the sufficiency of the managers in leading change and managing change in the perception of teachers through out the transformation process of the schools to Anatolian High Schools. The study has been made in Istanbul with 300 teachers working in a school which have been transformed into Anatolian High School in this academic year and a surveillance model has been used in the research. In the study, parametric and non-parametric analysis techniques have been applied in the SPSS statistical software, the meanings have been examined and tried to be explained in the level of 0.05
