Özet

Bu arastırmada, ilkögretim ikinci kademe ögretmenlerinin sınıf içi davranıslarının ögrenci algısına göre degerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıstır. Bu genel amaç kapsamında asagıda belirtilen sorulara cevap aranmıstır. 1.Ögrencilerin ögretmenlerinin sınıf içi davranıslarını algılamaları nasıldır? 2.Ögrencilerin ögretmenlerinin sınıf içi davranıslarını algılamaları ile demografik özellikleri arasında iliski var mıdır? Arastırmanın evrenini, 2006- 2007 Egitim Ögretim yılı, İstanbul ili, Üsküdar ilçesi'ndeki Baglarbası ilkögretim Okulu, Nursen Fuat Özdayı İlkögretim Okulu, Lütfi Erçin İlkögretim Okulu'ndaki ögrenciler olusturmaktadır. Örneklem ise, arastırma evreninde yer alan toplam 150 ilkögretim ögrencisinden olusmaktadır. Arastırmada tarama modeli kullanılmıstır. Bu arastırmada veri toplamak amacı ile anket kullanılmıstır. Anket 3 bölümden olusmaktadır. Birinci bölümde kisisel bilgiler, ikinci bölümde ögretmenin kisisel ve davranıs özellikleri, üçüncü bölümde ögretmenin ögrencilere gösterdigi davranıslar ile ilgili sorular bulunmaktadır. Ankette toplam 26 soru bulunmaktadır. Uygulanan anketlerin spss 12.0 bilgisayar programında analizi yapılmıstır. Frekans ve yüzde dagılımı ile t testi ve Anova istatistik yöntemleri kullanılmıstır. Bu arastırmada elde edilen bulgular sunlardır: 1.Bu arastırmada ögrencilerin ögretmenlerinin kendine güvendigini, içten, düzenli, çalıskan ve iyimser olduklarını, ögretmenlerinin her zaman kendilerini selamladıgını, kendilerini anladıgını, düsündügünü, destek oldugunu, saygı gösterdigini, davranıslarını begendiklerini, sorularına cevap verdiklerini ve konusmalarına izin verdiklerini yüksek oranda düsünmektedirler. Ögrenciler ögretmenlerinin olumsuz olarak nitelendirilen ceza verme, fiziksel siddet uygulama, tutarsız davranma gibi davranısları fazla göstermediklerini düsünmektedir. 2. Ögrencilerin okudugu sınıf degiskenine göre, 6.sınıfta okuyan ögrencilerin 8.sınıfta okuyan ögrencilere göre ögretmenlerini daha içten buldukları görülmüstür. Ayrıca 6.sınıf ögrencileri 8.sınıf ögrencilere göre ögretmenlerinin kendilerini daha çok anladıgını düsünmektedir. Babası ilkokul mezunu olan ögrenciler ögretmenlerinin kendilerinin sorularına daha çok cevap verdigini düsünmektedir. 3.Soruların objektif olan kısımlarında gayet net cevaplar alınmıstır. Örnegin; tablo 8'de ögrenciler ögretmenlerinin düzenli oldugunu %91,3 oranında gayet net bir sekilde ifade etmislerdir. Yine tablo 1'de ögretmenin kendine güveni konusundaki oran % 92,7 olmustur ki bunu ders anlatma seklinde algılamısladır. 4.Subjektif olan sorularda her zaman ile bazen arasındaki degerlendirmeler yüksek çıkmaktadır. Örnek; tablo 15'de ögretmenin davranıslarını her zaman begenirim %48 iken, bazen begenirim %46,7'dir. Yani ögrenci ile ögretmen arasındaki psikolojik iletisimde her zaman ile bazen karısmaktadır. Yine tablo 18 ve 20'de de bu durum görülmektedir. 5.Ögretmenin ögrenciyi sevmedigi duygusuna kapılma konusu bence çok önemli olup tablo 20'de her zaman sevmez duygusu % 10,7, bazen oranının ise % 39,3 olması okuldaki siddet olayları, aile içi siddet ve geçimsizligin artması vs. gibi konuların okulda ögretmen- ögrenci iliskisine yansıdıgını göstermektedir.

In this research, ,the purpose is to evaluate the behaviour of the primary school teachers in the class, according to the perception of the students. The following questions are tried to answer in these purposes. 1.How do the students evaluate their teacher?s attitude. 2.Is there any connection between the students? perception of their teachers behaviour and their personality. Research includes students who are studying at primary schools inÜsküdar, districts which are in stanbul, which are tied to National Education Directorship. The exeplification of this research includes 150 primary students. In this research,survey method are used.Questionnaire is used to accumulate data.The questionnaire has three parts.The first part includes personal information,in the second part ,teachers personality and behaviour and behaviour which are shown by teachers to the students are in the final part. There are 26 questions in the questionnaire. Applied surveys analyzed by statisticaly in spss 12.0 computer format. Frequency and percent distribution with t test and Anova statical methods were used. The finding of the research are as the followings: 1.In this research,the students think that teachers are sincere ,tidy, hardworking, optimistic and the students also think that their teachers always respect,understand and think them.Also the students have an idea that their teachers always allow them to talk and answer their questions.Moreover the students consider that their teachers do not have bad habits like penalizing and incoherency. 2.The relation between student perception of teachers behaviour and their personal properties: School girls are more provident than school boys. The students have different ideas about their teachers ,according to their grades.Unlike 8.grade students,the 6.grade students find their teachers more sincere.The students whose fathers graduated from primary school have an opinion that their teachers always answered their questions 3.In the objective questions, the students answer the questions decidedly. For example; ın the part 8, the ratio of the tidy teachers %91,3 and in the part 1, the ratio of the their teachers self- confidence is % 92,7 according to the perception of the sudents. And it is perceived according to the teaching method of their teachers. 4.In the subjective questions the ratio between always and sometimes is very high. For example, In the part 15, the ratio is %48, when the students always approve the attidute of their teachers, but on the other way the ratio is %46,7 when the students sometimes approve the attitute of their teachers. It means that according psychologic connection between teachers and students, commendation is different. 5.The ignored idea is very important for the teacher and student. In the part 20,the ratio of the thinking loveless is on 10,7% and sometimes the ratio is 39,3%. The increasing of the violence in the school and the discord in the home is clue that these results reflect the connection between the teachers and the students.
