SUMMARY This Resaarch is constructed from themes, as preface, introduction,and in two majör general observatian, general results,and bibliography. At the introductory part, the importance of and the purpose and methodology of the research is discussed and in ths general observations seçtion the sublimity and responsibility of relationship is discussed along with human beings displacement against this responsibility. in the first section, tho conditions of responsibility is determined to be, wisdom, commission., power, and şelf determination. it is further observed that the presence of heart, soul, divine revelation, patience and prayer to be the assisting factors in realization of the rsGponsibilities. in the relationship between the responsibility and the fundamental sin, the Holy Book of Koran while rejecting the concept of the fundamental sin, also states the fact that no human being, may be held responsible för the sins of another human being, and furthsrmore, the short comings of ones şelf, the traditional ties to the universe and the attractiveness of life and the tricks of the Demon are observed as obstacles in non compliance with ones responsibilities. The second part of the research» the sanctions of responsibility is discussed, and the humans belief to the sanctions of Hell and the moral, legal and divine sanctions ı^ere determined to be the result of a supreme power as discussed in the Holy Book of Koran. The eniştence of both Hell and Heaven were determined to be a product of a Divine Power. General results and a bibliography were enclosed a the final attachments of the research.
